E. coli O157 was definitely bred here. food is so bad vegan options are barely doable. an inside whistleblower (a fellow student worker there) told me that the first day that he worked there he saw subpar sanitary conditions. Dead cockroaches were the smallest concern. It only gets a star for the hope that it has in the future after the restoration is complete. Stay safe, because Brower isn’t.
The worst dining hall at Rutgers
Really huge place for Dining.
Absolute best food in the area. Perfect for first dates.
Gordon Ramsey himself was inspired by Brower after having tried the general tso’s chicken, although he never quite succeeded in recreating it. Presidents and royalty from around the world have made the voyage to New Brunswick to dine at this opulent monument to the culinary arts. Brower is also registered as a UNESCO world heritage site for its significance in human history.
Michelin quality dining at the cost of a meal swipe? Yes please! ?

Worked here very cool and. Relaxed environment
Makes me nostalgic for High school cafeteria food.
Ugly building and not so great dining options. Social anxiety galore. Too many people.
A culinary masterpiece, I never ate as well as I did at brower

No good. It’s like they find a bunch of random stuff in the freezer in the morning and make that. No two items go together. 2 stars because Everyone who works there is great. Except the person in charge of the menu.
Brower changed my life. I have never experienced greater satisfaction from eating at a Rutgers dining hall than Brower. It literally cured all my life problems after 1 visit. I would go to Brower every meal for the rest of my time at college if I could. Hell, I'd spend the rest of my life at Brower if I could. I want my children to be born at Brower. Will definitely pay money to dine here as an alumni. Brower is love. Brower is life. 10/10 ez
I don’t know why, but this dining hall has been consistently the worst out of the places to eat at Rutgers. The staff is nice, but the food is unacceptable at times. There shouldn’t be stale bread or moldy food. The place is clean most of the time. One of the few redeeming qualities is that there is ample seating and it has the most variety in cereals available of all the Rutgers dining halls.
