We needed a luncheon catered and reached out to New Brunswick Catering just a few days before. Maurilio was wonderful to plan it out with! He was very helpful and accommodating. Jonathan brought the food trays on time, and it all looked delicious! Sandwich trays and variety was great. We also got antipasto and fruit. Everyone seemed to love it. Definitely recommend.
My now husband and I booked them for our wedding and I couldn't say enough good things about them. For one, we had a very dietary restrictions we needed to accommodate and they were incredibly helpful in being able to recreate the majority of the dishes to be gluten free (outside of the pasta) where everyone got to enjoy a lot of options! I was planning our New Jersey wedding from Miami and they were so helpful with communication throughout which I can't thank them enough...
Brunswick Catering team was amazing and very responsive to all my questions. They handled our requests and instructions extremely well and the food was excellent. I can highly recommend their services to anyone!
