First time at this location and you’re greeted with a very nice humble person named Amjad. Told him about my mom’s arrival and he graciously added extra portions. I will definitely visit again soon

Why do you guys always mess up the Uber orders? When you cannot handle the orders you should not take any. Now when I am calling no one is answering!

Called this location 6x in a row around 1pm weekday and no one answered any of the calls. I wanted to see if they sold gift cards before driving all the way there. I ended up doing the drive in the rain and lo and behold they don’t sell gift cards there. I mentioned to the owner (who was sitting down in one of the chairs eating a bag of chips) that if their phone number doesn’t work they may wanna take it off Google. He began to argue that they don’t answer when they’re very busy. I told him “I’m on the phone with you right now, I don’t hear a phone ringing, and you’re sitting in a chair eating chips and there is no one besides me inside the store.” He tried to argue further but I just told him to have a nice day and left. Now reading the reviews I’m not surprised

So I ordered through Uber eats from this place. Asked to add falafel to the platter and paid 3.99 for it and didn't get a single piece of it. Tf ?! And the chicken. Omg. Nothing like the original halal guys in nyc. I would never order from this place again. Absolutely horrible. Also there was no pita inside the platter like the nyc location. And I had paid extra to get extra pita but didn't get it. The overall quality was horrible.

Excellent spice level (as expected) to start with. The service was cool too, courteous and professional. Not a fan that they charge you extra for olives and jalapeños but I guess they gotta make a living too, but .99 cents each is a bit overboard. Nonetheless that's my only real gripe tbh. Pretty clean inside as well as the commode, so kudos to them for that. Overall a great experience in comparison to some other locations (I'll go without naming) that totally missed the mark. I'd def return and suggest this location to others for sure!

This place is pretty average. If you want a chicken and rice bowl for a decent price, this place is alright but there are definitely better options. I feel like their chicken is a bit under seasoned and dry. The sauces are okay but it's a little disappointing to get them in packets, it shows that it is not made freshly in the store. I'm sure this is better if you get it fresh from the cart but this location is nothing special. I'll give them credit for providing a large amount of food and it's definitely good if you're just looking for a lot of food.

Very rude staff. Item was missing. And they really don't care. All they care was order was picked up and their job is done. Customer experience is very important. Some staff do not understand that. Especially the person who handles billing.

Two Uber orders in one night. First order did not include Hummus or the pita chips. They sent me pita bread. Second order I ordered up hummus and chips. Got the hummus this time, no chips. Just more pita.
Food wasn’t bad. But there was a metal staple on my food!! I’ve never had this happen before. As I was eating I felt something hard and I usually dont mind it but something didn’t feel right so I felt for it and spit it out. And now all I could think about is what would’ve happened if I swallowed that sharp staple. It’s not very safe.

I used to love this place. Service is terrible. He gave me some meat. I asked for some extra meat. They fought with me and said the amount of meat they gave me counts as extra already. So they charged me extra for what was supposed to be a normal quantity. They were so hostile too! Quality has gone downhill. Do NOT go.
