Carmen’s is so good. If you want authentic Caribbean, Dominican food order from Carmen ‘s. I’m Puerto Rican and I food from here at least twice a month. The food is flavored. Well even the plain white rice you can eat by itself. The Mofongo is delicious the Pollo Guisado is bomb. There are a few Dominican restaurants in New Brunswick and I will drive by them to order from Carmen ‘s. I’m glad they’re on GrubHub and Uber eats because when I’m home I order from them too because I don’t live in New Brunswick

Today I had the worst experience EVER!!! I order rice & when I was going to eat it I found a FLY IN MY RICE, I called Carmen’s restaurante to let them know & the lady was soo rude & said something about inspection,then I told her you guys need to cover your food everything is wide open,then she said we do when I clearly saw they dont, then I asked for a refund or something & she hung up don’t go there is disgusting ? & the employees there are rude !!!!!
