I would like to give a shout out and Express my appreciation for the team at Catherine.Lombardi. The staff really went above and beyond with customer service! On wednesday night we went there for dinner before our show, We had some leftovers and the staff offered to hold them for us.And we could pick them up after the show. Sadly, our show finished late, and they were closed. We called the next day and spoke to the manager.Alex and the owner Mark both were incredibly gracious and apologetic. At my door tonight, They just delivered two entrees and a salad! Absolutely stellar Customer service!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️Many thanks!!

Nightmare and fraud. Reservation made but when arrived said they are closed and to go downstairs to their sister restaurant stage left. Needed microscope to see the food on my plate, food was terrible and prices like I am insane. And then the service was terrible. DO NOT GO Here!!!!

Haven't been here for several years but it was just as good as I remember. And now you can order from their sister steahouse's menu too. Best of both worlds!

Wonderful dinner spot before a show. Food is excellent. Only complaint is they don't pour a tall drink. Frustrating to be charged over $30 for a small cocktail. Otherwise a great night

Pre Brice Concert dinner was wonderful at Catherines!! The pear salad is amazing. Shrimp scampi over black linguinie was excellent and we shared a chilled bottle of Poppy chard! The molten chocalate cake served on a decorated HBD plate for my friend was so very sweet along with the complimentary warm choclate chip cookies!! We will be back for sure!!

I work valet across the street at the Heldrich Hotel. I receive many hotel guests that return happy from their dinner experience after dining here. Guests love this place! I hear only great things. I can’t wait to visit soon.

Staff and service was amazing. They gave great recommendations and had great knowledge of the menu items. Food was delicious. Atmosphere was lovely and perfect for Valentine's Day.
We have dined here so many times over the years and always had lovely experiences. This was not one of them. We waited over 15 minutes for a server to even greet us once we were seated with our existing reservation. I also overheard another guest who was quite upset at the slow service at a neighboring table. When the server came over, she didn't even seem to notice that we had been waiting. A different server appeared & came to take our order a few minutes later and didn't introduce herself either, which was confusing. Both our meals were presented nicely and everything tasted great. Service was just regretably subpar and disappointing.

Our dinner was absolutely delicious! The restaurant is really nicely decorated. Nice ambience with fireplaces at each end of the dining room. Our waiter was good and attentive. The manager came to check on us four times, which, although attentive, we would have preferred if he was a little less. Overall, it was a lovely evening and we will definitely return.

We always love coming to Catherine Lombardi's. The food is always excellent and the staff are most cordial. It was a little loud that night, my guess because there was a performance at the state theater.
