The workers work to slow I got a Parkin ticket cause of it. And when u ask for extra portion they give one more

This has to be one of the worst chipotle ever . Staff is super rude ! They were stingy with the portions of food and if you ask for a side of queso or anything they act like it’s an innconvience . The girl at the register had a problem because I wanted to scan the app to get my points she said “ you can just do it later with the receipt” isn’t that the whole point of having the scanner so we can do it in store so if we lose the receipt or forget we can get out points ? Chipotle isn’t cheap so I want to be able to get rewarded for my purchases . The station where you get the utensil’s was a hot mess . NO SPOONs to eat my bowl , the juices were empty and store was dirty . They should treat customers better , if you don’t like your job then why work here ! Save yourself a trip to somewhere else !

Worse place to buy food. They talk so much and lack attention that my order is always wrong. Three times I brought back my order and all three times they were wrong. They need to pay attention to details. Very disgusting if you ask me. I am done with this place. Customer service sucksssss

The employee there probably didn’t even graduate high school. I ordered a burrito bowl on Uber Eats and wanted all the toppings, so I left the “top things off” section blank.
Turns out, I got a bowl with just rice, beans, and beef. 😃
Order two salad bowls got charged two different prices, steak was very dried out, extremely chewy and I've been drinking Pink stuff because my stomach been messed up since eating the food. For 33 dollars in these times is a no go for subpar not fit to eat food. What happened Chipotle tried to give you a second chance after getting a less than full bowl delivered. Only to now be dealing with food poisoning! Because you want give scraps dug out of empty containers. getting the chills, sweats, and stomach upset currently. service is slow, they don't really greet you, no one looks like they want to be there. lettuce already turning, rice is clumpy. Nothing has flavor. Ill stick to mom-and-pop shops they care, and the food is top notch. After reading comments cross contamination could have played into why I'm sick mixing spoons into other things. Either way the risk of eating here isn't worth risking my life and health.

Genuinely, a chipotle run by chimpanzees would probably output better service than this location.
I order a burrito, ask for the braised beef or whatever and they pick up the smallest portion of meat I’ve ever seen. Then I ask “is that it ?” And they place a singular piece of stripped beef on the burrito. Okay.
Then they wrap the burrito. The burrito isn’t fully wrapped in tinfoil, meanwhile the back of the burrito is almost entirely open and spilling everywhere.
I order a small drink. And I leave the restaurant. Finding out 5 minutes later that the cup i was given had a tare in it. And it’s now LEAKING all over my cup holders. I go inside my bag to get napkins and OH THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO GIVE ME NAPKINS FOR THE SLOPPIEST BURRITO IVE EVER HAD.

Changed me twice made me wait 15 minutes and still no money back. I tried to explain how when you Apple Pay it’s a different credit card number but the manager couldn’t understand that. Had to call my bank for my money

Chipotle stole 20 dollars from me and refuses to reimburse. Ordered from this location online, order never showed up, and they refunded 16 out of 36 dollars. Complete scam.

Fire Maria at ALL COSTS. She was the worst, was super rude to me and raised her voice at me when I politely asked her to speak up (because she was mumbling, rushing her words, frustrated even when the line wasn't long); Her handling of the food was rushed and looked like she was barely putting any protein on, as if she was speedrunning my bowl. It seemed like she was the only one on the front-of-house team that was giving me attitude, and it got attention to the people behind me, it was embarrassing. I understand stress of closing shifts and rude customers so I empathize with my food service employees, but I was NOT expecting that type of unprofessionalism and immaturity. Someone PLEASE train these employees some respect and do better NB Chipotle :(

I recently visited Chipotle and was really disappointed with the portion size of the meat in my bowl. I’ve been a regular customer, but this time, it felt like I got half the usual amount. For the price, I expect a more generous serving, especially considering how much they charge for extra protein.

I go out of my way to come to this location only! No other chipotle in my area is this good. Drove 30 minutes just for a bowl and it slappedd 🔥 whoever management is/has been here needs a raise 👍🏾
