She was not friendly and acted as if I was bothering her. The large rolls were much smaller than they are in the malls. The bun was hard, thick, and not tasty. I will never go to this location again. I'm so glad I didn't get the big pack.

I am literally livid. Bought a 15-pack of cinnabon rolls for my baby reveal yesterday and the pack was moldy!!! It was too late when i realized it and they do not answer they’re phone. The buns were already gone so i cant go back and return but I have to come on here and tell you all to save your money or go to a different location. The hispanic man at the front register assured me they were freshly made the same day. He lies just to get a sale? Thats trully pathetic and disgusting. Im literally disgusted as I had one myself and i am pregnant. Just go somewhere else people.

I came In, to redeem my coupon for classic roll & the short Hispanic bald manager fought with me, telling me he could NOT give me a free Classic roll , that i must get the mini bons, telling me that its classic roll mini bon! I’ve been a member on Cinnabon for years and always redeemed my classic roll no problem & never got mini bons !!! His English was horrible & i asked him if he knew what a “,” meant , it means, and/or!! After 5 mins back and forth he gave me the classic roll AS IF HE WAS DOING ME A FAV?!? It’s the nerve for me!!!! Will attach coupon& yall tell me !

We ordered 3 cinnabons through the website and picked up on a Sunday. First time I ever tried one and based off this experience, it will be my last. They were dry, stale and not in the least bit tasty. The number on the email receipt belongs to a regular person. The number on Google no one ever answers. EVER. And trying to reach headquarters is a joke. Save yourself the disappointment and don't patronage this establishment.

I came here over the weekend and I asked for an ICED COFFEE( that’s how it was advertised on their menu, also with a picture of it). They made me a frozen coffee drink instead, so I asked for it to be changed to an iced coffee like I ordered. The cashier guy was sooo upset and argued with me about it and kept saying I asked for frozen ? I will never, I like ice, not frozen! I really hope he was an owner of the store because for a regular employee getting paid minimum wage to feel so angry like he was is crazy to me!

I picked up a 9 pack of Cinnabons and once I gotten home, I realized that they were completely covered with mold. I have been trying to contact this location and I have not received a call back or a response.

I ordered the Churros, but they were chewy, a bit hard, and stale.

Vegetarian options: Many items are vegetarian, but not sure about vegan. It seems they share a kitchen with Auntie Annie’s, so food items may be fried in the same oil.

I am looking for a place to get a cup of coffee and stumbled onto this venue where it also sells auntie annie pretzels. I walked down 6 blocks from St. Peter University Hospital. The staff was very friendly. We were able to get a fresh brewed coffee. It hit the spot.
