We ordered 3 cinnabons through the website and picked up on a Sunday. First time I ever tried one and based off this experience, it will be my last. They were dry, stale and not in the least bit tasty. The number on the email receipt belongs to a regular person. The number on Google no one ever answers. EVER. And trying to reach headquarters is a joke. Save yourself the disappointment and don't patronage this establishment.

I came here over the weekend and I asked for an ICED COFFEE( that’s how it was advertised on their menu, also with a picture of it). They made me a frozen coffee drink instead, so I asked for it to be changed to an iced coffee like I ordered. The cashier guy was sooo upset and argued with me about it and kept saying I asked for frozen ? I will never, I like ice, not frozen! I really hope he was an owner of the store because for a regular employee getting paid minimum wage to feel so angry like he was is crazy to me!

I picked up a 9 pack of Cinnabons and once I gotten home, I realized that they were completely covered with mold. I have been trying to contact this location and I have not received a call back or a response.

I ordered the Churros, but they were chewy, a bit hard, and stale.
Vegetarian options: Many items are vegetarian, but not sure about vegan. It seems they share a kitchen with Auntie Annie’s, so food items may be fried in the same oil.

I am looking for a place to get a cup of coffee and stumbled onto this venue where it also sells auntie annie pretzels. I walked down 6 blocks from St. Peter University Hospital. The staff was very friendly. We were able to get a fresh brewed coffee. It hit the spot.

MOLD IN FOOD!!!! - buyer beware. horrible experience. Mold was throughout layers of food. Spoke to a Carlos who was rude and continued to berate us about requesting our money back--essentially blaming us for the situation. Unacceptable customer experience.
Do not ever order from here. Store worker super rude and lies to customer faces. Name is Carlos.

Friendly staff.
I need to share this. At this location, I walked up as there was a lighted "Open" sign but doors locked. On the door had a "Closed" sign. As I looked through the window a woman came from out the back to open the door. As she was tying her apon. Which told me exactly what she was doing and why the doors were locked. Gave it the benefit if the doubt. She opened the door. There was a piece of cardboard and a door stopper on the ground. Which she was trying to wedge under the door. She was having trouble so I helped her. She went behind the counter to help me without washing her hands nor put on plastic gloves.I began to order then stopped. As she still at that point did not wash her hands. My thought was she didn't even wash her hands after using the rest room. I told I needed a minute to decide. She went behind the counter where they prepared the food and continued to prep food without washing her hands. At that point I walked out in disgust ????
