One of my favorite places to go in New Brunswick during the summer. They have the best Mexican corn, fresh fruit and of course the Agua fresca 😋.

If you’re looking for a great family restaurant with amazing service, I highly recommend Costa Chica. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The waitresses here are exceptional—always attentive, friendly, and making sure you have everything you need without feeling rushed.
One of the things that really sets this place apart is the owners. Unlike some restaurants where the owners act like they’re too important to acknowledge customers, here, they are humble, hardworking, and treat everyone with respect. You’ll often see them serving just like any other employee, which speaks volumes about their commitment to the business and their customers.
The food is delicious and authentic, perfect for a casual dinner or even a date night. I highly recommend trying the Nachos de Asada—they are packed with flavor and always fresh. And if you’re in the mood for a refreshing drink, their Chamoyadas are a must-try!
And if you’re lucky, you might catch one of their live Mexican music nights, featuring talented local musicians that create an amazing, lively atmosphere.
Whether you’re craving great food, excellent service, or just a place that feels welcoming, Costa Chica is definitely worth a visit!

We ordered delivery and the food was cold , also the lady who picks up the phone is so rude, not everyone is Mexican and understands the menu, she got annoyed that we had questions. Very unprofessional
The delivery driver was also rude he gave us attitude because he had to come out the car to give us the food. He wanted us to walk to his car and get the food . So ridiculous

They have to be nicer to people, the boy outside doesn't treat them with respect.

We went today, Saturday, with my family to eat at this restaurant. We had already gone before and it was good, but today, 5/10/2024, the food was very bad. We ordered a pozole and it was super bad, there was no flavor at all. My dad ordered steak and no. It tasted good, the shrimp came out hard and the meat had no flavor at all, and they also added Large Party for 20 dollars for not putting tips instead of that, thank you, improve if not, you won't have sales anymore, goodbye.

The food takes a long time to arrive and the mole is almost not full
The food is delicious!! The al pastor tacos tasted more like mole than pastor but they were tasty nonetheless. The torta cubana is my favorite here!! And of course the birria tacos are a classic that they excel in making!
Kid-friendliness: Family friendly!

I came from far and overall the best thing to order is the torta de Milanesa de pollo. I came with my family and everyone got different plates, the birria tacos, a chile relleno, enchiladas, and the appetizer that brings a whole bunch of different items like quesadillas, wings, flautas, etc.
The chile relleno was nasty! Couldn’t even bite the chile, it had to be returned because it wasn’t edible. By the end of the dinner we saw the bill was charging the chile despite it being returned / not eaten! We had to complain, which was annoying! Everything else was just plain and average, nothing special, the torta was truly delicious.
