We got the Bratwurst at the New Brunswick Oktoberfest. Best I ever had and I've been going to them all over the tristate area for 25 years.
I had "Le Magnifique". it was amazing. if you like Poutine (all you Canadians out there) you will love this. this particular dog is actually duck sausage. They have a vast array of dogs to choose from. The Spain inspired Chorizo "Conquistadog" looks like another awesome choice. (I need to try it!) I love the names they all have. Really witty, and all look so tasty.
I have been craving a Chicago dog since I left the windy city in 2014. Hubby brought me one of yours and oh my. Y'all nailed it and even though the bun isn't poppy seed, the bun you use is incredibly good! He also brought a banh mi dog and now I am craving one of each daily!
