We’ve ordered from Douglass in the past for our meetings and majority of the time it’s been smooth no problem. However this time was far from that. We had ordered delivery, and they had got one of our pies wrong. Upon delivery, driver was very very unprofessional, one of us had asked for help to take it out of his vehicle, he denied and just stood there.
The day after our order, several of us experienced symptoms which pointed towards food poisoning. The only common denominator is the pizza we had all eaten the night before since there was no interaction beyond that. Very disappointed in this experience especially the quality of the food/ingredients not being up to par resulting in stomach sickness. Not sure if we will be ordering from them again given the unprofessional service/behavior and clearly some sort of health hazard and or pure negligence regarding their ingredients or condition of the kitchen.

We had them cater our holiday party and they overcharged us tremendously. Their prices were deceiving and not true as stated on their website. Plus, their food was mediocre.

Be Forewarned!!! Check listed prices and verify what you get charged. Online prices are not honored when paying for your food. Owner denies the website is his even though the order was placed using the website. Most of our order was ready when we arrived but its not their website and the price charged was over $100 more than what is listed on the website. When confronted the owner said we were charged the correct amount and refused to adjust the bill.

Food was good, but they really should have the same prices that are listed on their website, at their store as well. We had them cater our holiday lunch at work, and they charged more than what was advertised on their website and when that was brought up, the person on the phone denied it being their website when it clearly had their address and phone number on it. Never again.

Hugely disappointing experience. An absolute scam. Ordered trays of food from their catering order listed in their website. Upon picking up the order, he charged over 40% more per item. Was first told the price was for half trays (no where on the web site does it state different options). Later the excuse was "it wasn't their website". The one with their phone number and address isn't theirs? Taking advantage of a customer is disgusting! Buyer beware.

We catered from here for our holiday party - never again! We were charged nearly $100 more than the food should have cost. When we mentioned the website listed the salads as $30 instead of the $45 on the receipt, the owner responded “that’s not our website”. The website features the same address and phone number and business name - whose else could it be? Coming up with a flimsy excuse instead of owning up to price gauging is a terrible business practice. Made what should have been a treat and absolute headache.
