Terrible staff and an extremely rude manager named Phil. My daughter was served a bacon sandwich, which is completely against our religious beliefs—she only realized it after taking a bite. When I called Phil, he reviewed the CCTV footage, admitted it was his employee’s mistake, and said he would address it.
We were expecting a written apology from the employee, but instead he sent us a $20 gift card. Seriously? Do you think we are beggars, or that such a significant mistake can be brushed off with a $20 gift card? After receiving it, I called Phil to explain that we felt insulting and that we wanted to return the card, so I asked for the office address. He responded rudely, warned me not to call again and eventually hung up the phone .
I will be escalating this issue, but I still want the store owner to read my feedback and understand the seriousness of this situation. As an Indian, and specifically as a Hindu, how could bacon or beef ever be acceptable? If the owner agrees this is unacceptable, I would appreciate a call back to discuss this further.

I usually have a positive experience at this store but there’s been times where my order wasn’t fulfilled but I don’t say anything. However, today, I asked for an egg and cheese croissant but they gave me bacon with it and I only realized after eating. I’m vegetarian. I’ve never had meat before but I felt like crying so I didn’t say much in store. They gave me a new sandwich but I didn’t even feel like eating anymore because I felt like throwing up. I ordered coffee and hash browns to wash the taste of bacon down and they charged me for it, not like I was expecting it. However the least I expected was an apology but NOBODY apologized. I’m SO upset and will not be coming here again. I’ve also become so paranoid that now I feel that I always have to check what I’m eating before I eat it. Also, by policy they are supposed to put the label of the food on the bag but there was no label. I’m so disappointed.

I ordered a decaf coffee around 7 PM last night, but the cashier gave me a regular one instead. It’s already 5 AM and I still can’t sleep. This really disrupted my routine — I specifically asked for decaf. I won’t take this risk again.

Workers there are very rude, I went today to get my coffee and I ask for whip cream including before paying for it and after I paid I got my drink WITH NO WHIP CREAM so I said to the workers I asked for whip cream and they said it wasn’t charge on my bill so I ended up paying another .30 cent for whip cream which is so ridiculous. Have no sympathy there.

Half the workers are straight up rude. one lady gave me attitude because I asked her to add a little bit more strawberry Concentrate in my refresher. I asked her he’s just coming out of her pocket She said we’re Trained to do it one way. Are they also trained to give customers a hard time??
Please beware I got a peach sunshine energy drink from here this morning and I got a headache and my vision all fuzzy not sure what happen this morning but I will definitely be letting the health inspector of the county aware of the situation, it’s a shame
