I'm not drinking anything, just because I asked for little ice and so they made me this Sabrina brown sugar shake espresso size L, am I the one who's wrong? Could it be that they sell us ice instead of coffee?

I have been meaning to review this Dunkin for a while, I have been coming here for the past two years and have to say it is one of the better Dunkins I have been to. The coffee is always good and the staff are so friendly, they make this chain feel like a local coffee shop, which says a lot. I can’t stress how much I appreciate the kindness and friendliness of the staff, they really make the experience better.

This store claims they are open at 5am and every day they keep the doors lock way past 5am. They are rude to people when they try opening the door, corporate should visit this store it’s a disgrace to the Dunkin name. They should put people in charge at this store who know how to operate a business.

i wish i saw how many reviews were talking about how rude the staff was cz i woulda never ordered fro here , they lost my online order and even after showing them my transaction history , recent orders on dunkin app , the workers felt the need to yell at me infront of everyone. they tried to force me to reorder the same order they lost and embrasssed me in front of everyone even though the problem was on their end and all i wanted was my food i PAID FOR already. absolutely rude and disrespectful workers

It was around 1 pm, my family ordered three things, but I accidentally got the wrong order because the cook said an order that sounded similar to mine and I got up to get it. But then I realized we were missing another item and I went to talk to the cashier, who was nice, and I said to them politely that I didn't get the food I wanted, and she told her coworker who was doing the cooking. She translated to her about how I didn't get my other item.
The cook said in Spanish, which I'm gonna admit, I don't understand much, about how I got the wrong order and I felt embarrassed, and I remember she started talking to me with a serious tone. She made me feel ashamed and embarrassed about it, and I began to be stressed and anxious. I wanted to tell them that I didn't mean to get the wrong order but I didn't because I felt so overwhelmed. I felt like I didn't want to talk because I believe things will escalate and I didn't want that.
I went back to sit, and the lady with the glasses called me out for the wrong order and gave me an attitude as if I was talking back to her. She made me feel worse. You see, I don't like confrontations and I don't want to start any problems. While she was talking, people were watching us and this worsened me even more because I don't like getting attention.
Once the food was ready, my family pressured me to get the food, and I didn't want to because they made me feel uncomfortable. They kept calling me again and again, and I got so overwhelmed that I left the place. I started crying because I felt humiliated, embarrassed, and ashamed, for accidentally getting the wrong order.
I never had this happen to me before, and I used to love this place ever since I was little. But now I don't see it that way after that terrible experience with those employees who made me feel very bad with what they said to me.

One of the Servers had a issue when I bought a small coffee and a bagel for a homeless guy outside, who asked me for some food when I was coming in. She stated "you can buy him the coffee, but he is not allowed to come in and fix his coffee. Didn't want to argue with her since I was getting late to work, but a little compassion to a fellow human being would be good for you in the long run. Today its him outside, may be tomorrow it can be you.

Normally I do not complain even if the coffee is not good. Today they messed up the drink so bad I had to ask for a remake. But of course I’m not surprised that they act like it’s not their fault. I pay $5.50 for a large latte 3x a week. I expect it to taste like COFFEE not milk. Well they refused to remake my drink. I did get a refund which I’m glad about, but it took a lot of effort and some arguing to get the refund when all I wanted was some espresso added or just a new drink made. They offered to charge me for the extra espresso. Are you serious ? It’s already $5.50 with tax and not made correctly and now they try to charge me another $1.50 for more espresso for a total of $7 for a latte from Dunkin’ Donuts. They do not understand what customer service is here and will give you a terrible attitude while you try to rectify the situation.

bad service for orders with the Application, today Sep 18 around 7:45pm I placed my order to Pick Up, they didn't complete it correctly, they Forgot do My Bagel, they didn't give ne a straw for my ice coffee, is supposed that we do it with the cell phone to save time.
I mobile order here all the time and they make iced coffees just how I like them
