This location is very RUDE! All of the workers need to be replaced. Every morning I wait in line the cashier YELLS at the customers, NEXT, READY, SIR, there is no need to yell at a customer. They treat me like I am 5 years old when it’s time to pay as if I cannot add up my pay on the screen. They don’t repeat my order back to me because they act like I never heard it. Bad customer service at this location for a great franchise. Change the workers.

Very displeased with a specific staff by the name of MARIA. She has a very disgusting attitude!!!! I asked for Whipped cream, she didn't hear, and had the most disgusting attitude, instead of simply adding it, it really wasn't a big deal. Instead she was very disrespectful to me. This is unacceptable, especially since I am spending my hard earned money there. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service from Maria. Disgusting!!

I went in and polite asked for a medium hot beverage. The manager ( A lady of Indian descent ) was so condescending to the Hispanic customers and she was being extra rude to her employees working the line. I literally saw her push a male employee that was fixing her mistake and she ruined my experience. This area has a predominantly hispainc population so to have the manager be rude and dismissive was a horrible experience. I don’t know if she’s rude because she thinks we’re illegal or something but she gave off terrible vibes. This dunkin is 2 blocks from my house but I rather walk to the Train station dunkin than to deal with racism / prejudice when ordering coffee. She did not give attitude to the whit customers that came after me but me being brown must of been a problem .

I dk if it's morning shift vs afternoon shift or it's just overall new management and staff but the men here stay having attitudes if you change even one thing or IF THEY made a mistake and have to do your order over. it comes with the territory so If you're upset with yourself then keep it with yourself. Don't throw it over here. Needs serious customer service soft skills training. Just rude.

The friendliest, most efficient and professional DnD I have ever been to. They are the polar opposites of the ones on Easton Ave Somerset Shopping Center. The young ladies here represent DnD well. Customer service is alive and well at this DnD. Please BigUp the ladies that work there!!??✔??????????

Rude and negative attitude. Do not go here. The employee was rude and indignant in their way of speech and body language. They did not give me a receipt and instead crumbled it up and threw it away. I’d give this particular place 0 stars if I could.

This is your standard small Dunkin. It's located on the corner of the building with a small interior and has the standard Dunkin menu. I usually come here for Donuts about once per year while in town for a convention, so I'm also here early in the morning. Donuts are your standard Dunkin variety. Service has never been a problem. Only minor issue I had during my last visit was my coffee could have used more sweetener.
bad service for orders with the Application, today Sep 18 around 7:45pm I placed my order to Pick Up, they didn't complete it correctly, they Forgot do My Bagel, they didn't give ne a straw for my ice coffee, is supposed that we do it with the cell phone to save time.

This is normally my coffee place, but something I don’t like about them is that when we ask for sandwiches an hr before they closed they don’t make the sandwiches. Really bad customer service. Specifically for these two gentlemen in the afternoon

My husband went in a few times to get me coffee while I am in the hospital with our daughter and each time he got poor customer service and bad attitude from the employees- Do better!
