It is a shame to read all these negative reviews beforehand and have to sit here and write my own.

Every single woman working there EXCEPT TWO, comes in as if they woke up on the wrong side of the bed. They provide nasty attitudes and aggressive behavior. I have significant customer service experience in fact Dunkin Donuts was one of my jobs in my early adulthood. The owner or the GM whom ever is in charge needs to take immediate control of their staff and put a stop to this!

How is it that they mess up MY ORDER and overcharge me and when I kindly bring it up to their attention they get upset and more than anything the person making sandwiches in the back (Hispanic heavy set woman) stops what she's doing while their is already a cashier there trying to assist. It baffles me that she has the audacity to start yelling and being so nasty. SMH They are so unprofessional, absolutely no manners, nor customer service skills/professionalism. My next step will be contacting corporate.

6/4/25 3PM Seriously the Spanish girl in the front with the curly hair needs to be fired. She was extremely aggressive, rude, and unprofessional for NO REASON. I go in and she’s aggressively staring at me. I say Ok I’m ready and she cuts me off screaming at me YOU GOTTA WAIT IM DOING SOMETHING!!!! Then she turned around and started banging things obnoxiously. I guess she was already making an online order, but how was I supposed to know!? After watching me wait a few minutes, a girl with glasses finally decided to take my order, she was OK, but by that point I was very much over it and wanted to leave. Anyway the girl who yelled at me was absolutely insane and i’ve never had such an aggressive, unprovoked experience at a restaurant like this before. Never coming back

I’m so sick and tired of ordering from this place. Anytime I order something and ask them not to put bacon since I am Muslim, they’ll add all the bacon and they won’t put the other ingredients. They’ve done this several times at this point it feels like a personal attack. Half the time they don’t even wanna give you your money back. And please believe if you’re not Hispanic, they’re letting all the Hispanic people cut you in line 1st. It happens every time which is why I started door dashing and now I’m dealing with this. And I’ve been going to this Dunkin for over a decade.

I just ordered the hashbrowns with the queso, and then they literally put my hashbrowns in a container that looked like it was used and had queso in it, but there was no queso on the actual food itself.

It wasn’t enough for me to even use whatever was left on the side of the wall. It literally looked like it was a used container, and they just threw plain hashbrowns in it, and tossed it my way. Yesterday I couldn’t even touch my food, religiously. Absolutely careless. Next time this happens again, I will be taking it a step further reporting And I will continue to do so until you guys pay attention and do your job so that you’re not putting people at risk with health issues, religion , and simply just wasting their money on products and services not given.

Horrible experience. My bagel was as hard as a rock and the attitudes were very disrespectful. I ordered using the app and they got my order wrong twice, but had to leave work and come back because the bagel was a rock. Unacceptable!
