Horrible experience. My bagel was as hard as a rock and the attitudes were very disrespectful. I ordered using the app and they got my order wrong twice, but had to leave work and come back because the bagel was a rock. Unacceptable!

Customer service sucks!!! They are very rude. I am very courteous with them but they continue to get my order wrong which I believe is done purposely. My food sometimes looks tampered with. They throw my food on the counter. I say thank you still and they just walk away saying nothing. Ive been going here almost everyday for months but will not after my last encounter. Some people should not work in customer service
