Customer service sucks!!! They are very rude. I am very courteous with them but they continue to get my order wrong which I believe is done purposely. My food sometimes looks tampered with. They throw my food on the counter. I say thank you still and they just walk away saying nothing. Ive been going here almost everyday for months but will not after my last encounter. Some people should not work in customer service

The staff typically has a poor customer service attitude. When I came in one worker assisted while another sat there and coughed, did Not cover her mouth (NASTY) and did not have a mask on. They need to improve how they interact with customers and either wear a mask or DO NOT COUGH AND NOT COVER YOUR MOUTH. i normally do not go to this location anymore because of the poor service.

I went here today in the morning and me and I order a cold brew with cold foam but I said specifically I wanted it with cream and sugar I didn’t want black and my friend heard me tell het that and the employee was so rude when I told her I didn’t order that she started screaming at me saying I was specific enough let me find you that I’m 13 and she’s screaming at a teenager. I was humiliated and I left from that place and once I left she said I wasn’t specific enough because when I got to school my friend asked my other friend who was there if she said anything and she said that the employee said that once we left she said we weren’t specific. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to get screamed at. She was a Hispanic woman with blond hair. I hate this place so much very rude and the employees have a big attitude
