this place is so dirty crums on floor flys all over the donuts and the manager doesnt know how to manage this place and spoke rude when i was explaining what his worker did . wow never go to this place just discusting . and also they let the homeless people sleep inside the place its like a soup kitchen in there wow needs new management i think this kid is to young to be a supervisor. i want to add that someone fell as soon as they walked in this establishment these people cant keep up on there custodial work needs new managment .....

This is literally the best Dunkin I've ever been to. Everything is always SO FAST and the orders are accurate. The manager is always there doing his job effectively!

The gentleman that works there at night should be fired. On 1/14/23 at 12:55am i went through the drive through for a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with hash browns. This hasn’t been the first time I go after working a late shift. The man proceeds to lie and say that there is no bagels and donuts. I ordered on DoorDash and the bacon egg and cheese was accepted and delivered. I don’t trust that specific worker there!

Kept cutting me off while I was trying to order, then proceeded to give me a drink that was not even remotely close to what I ordered despite my clarifying 3 times

I order Avocado Toast with Bacon and Tomatoes along with an Ice Latte w/ whipped cream and caramel drizzle. I got the Ice Latte first with "No Caramel Drizzle" then as I sat there I realized that my train was 8 min out. Mind you Dunkin was not busy at all, a couple of guest nothing more that they couldn't handle for a staff of 3. I arrived about 15min prior to my train so I have time to order... That wasn't the case, the cook totally forgot my order when I asked him. Then when I told him my train is coming in 5 min he proceed to handle other orders that were after me instead making mine a priority. I voiced my concern several times until time ran out and I had to leave without eating breakfast. Bunch of kids unsupervised that didn't care at all about their customers. The experience for a fast food place that was fully staffed to make a avocado toast within 15min is embarrassing. New Brunswick Train station deserves a better Coffee Shop... Dunkin is a franchise that doesn't care about its customers and being a part of the local scene. Get a small business coffee shop in there. Dunkin needs to close down.

They keep the old donuts until sold !I remember the days when the company ran many of the locations & baked fresh on location 3 times a day .I guess corporate doesnt care as long as the franchise pays there fees !
