As someone who has worked at a Dunkin before, this Dunkin is horrible; I ordered a medium Ice coffee with butter pecan, cream, sugar, and a glazed donut. The lady gave me my donut with the wax paper INSIDE the bag. That is a food safety violation. My coffee tasted disgusting. The lady who was making my drink did not correctly mix my coffee. The coffee tasted burnt as well. Moreover, I was very disappointed.

I thought the workers were very nice. And I never feel the need to write negative reviews but I feel like this was a tad bit absurd. My cream cheese bagel had a massive chunk of plastic inside of that I almost choked on. I feel like I need to take a higher action but I’m not exactly sure what I can do yet beside write this review. I took a picture of it and I would upload it but it’s not giving me the option to do so

This is literally the best Dunkin I've ever been to. Everything is always SO FAST and the orders are accurate. The manager is always there doing his job effectively!
The employees here give off such bad vibes. It’s like you’re a nuisance to them if you even dare ask for a simple drink like a hot green tea (which is what I order here most of the time). Like someone else said, if you don’t like your job then quit.
Terrible service cashier was rude when I wanted to change my order and dismissed me!
Whatever you do, dont go to this place during the morning hours. The service is extremely slow and the service is horrible. The workers are very unprofessional. They actually hold personal conversations among themselves while customers are unattended. There is one lady that is very mean. She is always yelling at us students because their espresso machine is always not functioning correctly. We may be young but we are not children. No need to be hostile. If you don't like your job, then quit. I also noticed that the workers don't wear hair nets. Maybe that's why fellow students are complaining about hair in their sandwiches and coffee.
This Dunkin is horrible! Well the service is. I was just recently there. Myself and an entire line of customers were left standing in line. The cashier actually walked away and started a long conversation with someone she apparently knew, who had just walked in. It was the tall Arab woman, that wears the long scarves that covers most of her face. She was very unprofessional. Also the workers need to wear hair nets to secure their hair more properly. A hat with hair hanging out of it, is not my meaning of sanitary. This is the 3rd time I found hair in my food and donuts. They must do better!!!
service is always nice even when they have a full house. certainly worth a return visit. the bill was appropriate.

Normally I would have posted a pic but food looked so good I couldn't stop. The bill was well within reason for the quality. Food is like a restaurant in Louisville I loved.
There was fast and courteous service. This place has a cool feel to it. Food is similar to a place in San Francisco I liked.
i should have took a photo of the food but it was too good to interrupt. really nothing but enjoyable experiences here, i'll be back. it has a cool atmosphere.
This place has an awesome feel to it.
Super place to meet and chat with coworkers. Certainly worth a return trip. If it was closer to my home I would be here often.
