My husband and I are on vacation in this city of Somerset and we decided to go buy a drink at this dunking Sunday, August 10, at 10:50 at night, the girl at the window outside was very rude, laughing because l told her to give me a small soda and mocked because she didn't say it correctly, being respectful, I don't want to go back, the owner of this business if he continues to have this type of services will lose a customer

This Is The Worst Dunkin donuts Ever Come en New Jersey This This Guy works Night Shift When You Go There he Never Have Nothing You asked for coffee or espresso he doesn’t have it so I don’t recommend this Place at all.

They do not know how to make a cappuccino . When I ask them what I how I want it they tell me that is not a cappuccino is latte. I told them no is not. So I stop going to Dunkin when I can.

Consistently inconsistent you're better off going to another DD. The last three orders of cookie butter cold foam cold brew was watered down iced coffee with mystery syrup no cold foam or cookie toppings. When asked where was the cold foam the guy on duty working the drive thru at 2pm on Dec 9 said people don't like the cold foam and you have to ask for it specificly.
I ordered a large churro signature latte. I got home and lifted the lid to stir it and there was an incomplete drink. No whip cream, not even filled up. I how did they mess this up when it took them 5 mins to make it..

Asked for no ice in my drink and received a half filled cup. If this is what I get for the price I paid , then increase the cost of the drink so that I can get a full cup like anyone would expect when ordering . Valuing cost saving over customer satisfaction is an interesting way to run a business.
