Asked for no ice in my drink and received a half filled cup. If this is what I get for the price I paid , then increase the cost of the drink so that I can get a full cup like anyone would expect when ordering . Valuing cost saving over customer satisfaction is an interesting way to run a business.

This location is always out of everything I want. Not to mention that there use to be a guy on the night shift who always had the worst attitude. Guess I gotta take my business to the one one Easton ave. Not convenient when this one is closer.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. The staff, particularly Rommel, exhibited a poor attitude during order placement and when trying to scan my app said it was too late when he didn’t even initially ask and made no initiative to fix it. Additionally, one of the coffees wasn't made correctly. Regrettably, due to the overall terrible service, I won't be returning to this particular location. Date 12/22 around 2 am

I typically go here now to get my Dunkin fix. I switched during the pandemic, because the other on Hamilton kept giving my cheese & bread which I'm allergic to, or changing my order. I also stated going here because the manager from the New Brunswick train station was also the manager here. He's a very pleasant, friendly person.. and over the years would remember my coffee fave. Service has gotten better lately. My only downside is I've gone several times and they've been out of donuts, sandwiches, muffins. Overall, I like this location. They are located next to the Coach bus terminal, so the visual is a little different.Parking: There are a few parking spots in the front and lots more in the back. Which means you'd have to walk around to the front. They're located next to a laundry mat, so you'll share with them.

Went with my mom through the drive thru around 1:45 pm, the girl at the window was SUPER nice and patient. I wanted to give 5 stars for service - However, i saw a sign posted for the employees saying that they’re only allowed strictly one 15 minute break for their entire shift?? Absolutely ridiculous. Management needs to start treating their employees better because it’s appalling to see the workers having to constantly take orders and running around throughout their shifts and only having the chance to sit down for 15 minutes. Management - do better or you will lose your staff and customers.

Even time I come over night I get the man tosses me my order and run away. This time I came back because I didn’t feel like driving home with the wrong order again. I asked him nicely to heat my sandwich up because it was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. He snatched the bag out of my hand and flung it as he walked away. When he came back i had to reach to get my sandwich. He always so rude and disrespectful. I will be making some calls because his behavior is not okay. I’m scared to eat my sandwich.

See that blue rag on the counter? That was used to clean the counter as I watched THEN used to clean spilled coffee on 2 different customers cups, right on the spot where they would drink from. Last time here

The night shift guy is rude and never has anything, how is it you sound like you are struggling typing in the order and than you say omg what are you waiting for learn how to say your order ammount is this please move up, take your attitude to amazon or somewhere else
