Edo Takeout New Brunswick

I ate there for the first time today. I got the spicy ramen with spiny tuna combo. Nothing seemed off at first when i ate my lunch except that my sushi was warm which was a little odd. As soon as I left my stomach started feeling awful and I had to leave the middle of my lecture class to throw up in the bathroom. I then threw again 2 hours later at home, and again another 2 hours later. I dont know what they did, but no ramen has ever made me throw up 3 times in less than half a day. Avoid this place at all costs! They cant be trusted!!

quality went down over the years, ngl. they don't even tell you they top the food w/ scallions. my sushi was warm and not fresh, def not worth paying for. looks nothing like it does in the pictures. the udon is alright though

Weird place ….closing time was 10.00pm. At 9.35 pm, owner did not let me sit and eat although there were other people still eating there.

Upon first glance, Edo is a unique and playful Japanese restaurant. Upon looking closer, it is an artistic place with a varied menu, including highly palatable sushi. Both flavorful and fresh, the rolls were well-accompanied by fun music and a friendly owner. Relaxing and tasteful experience.

Parking: It’s street parking and it’s a busy area so you might need to search a bit or have someone wait in the car while you pick it up.

don’t get me wrong i love the food here but as of late they’ve been skimping out on the rice- they used to have these fat cups filled to the brim with rice, and to my knowledge the price of the fat cup has remained the same. all i’m saying is that if you’re going to keep it at $12 fill the bowl with rice, if not then lower the price please!

Edo Take Out is great for quick sushi or ramen fix. With many other places in the area for both, this place is average but does the trick in a pinch. I would go back and try some other menu items for sure though.

Excellent food ! Hardworking chef and fairly decent cost! This is what you want to experience when you visit a noodle shop!
You’re part of the scene from the large selection right down to bussing your own table! It’s what the noodle scene is about!🖖🏻

I ordered the California Roll and Shrimp Tempura, and it was average. The sushi didn’t seem to taste that fresh compared to what it should be. Even the ginger wasn’t that good.The worst part is when I kindly requested to have additional wasabi, because hardly anything was there and soy sauce, the associate gave me a face, and said, “you already some.”They need to provide better customer service and fresher food.

I don’t come here anymore because it’s become so expensive and they really take advantage of you on portion sizes.They started putting less sauce on and charging for the normal amount! Really crazy, just a terrible value now.
