Went here with a friend and my gf. We ordered some fries and hamburgers. The burgers were really below average since there were no toppings. Weirdly, this place asks you to add toppings to the burger rather than remove toppings from a prebuilt hamburger. One can tell the fries were cooked with no love, being nearly rock solid and depressing to eat :(. Definitely not what I expect from Five Guys, at least the milkshake was made well & tasty. Hope you guys can improve for the future 👍🏻

For the first time ever. I had to throw my Five Guys burger 🍔 away 😩. It was poorly made the bread was soggy and they didn't add all of the toppings requested. The fries were overcooked and too salty.

I love Five Guys, but was super disappointed with the food for the first time ever. It wasn't hot, cheese wasn't melted(which is confusing since its made fresh on the grill), tasted bland. Far from what I'm used to for a five guys.

Every time I do an online order it is late and then they start making something when I get there.
So this was my second time ordering from this location and received a burger with bacon (cannot eat pork) and upon realizing they remade the whole order 😭 can I just say such expeditiousness and kindness was so unexpected, and the vibes in all were just good. Defo will be coming back before I move off Easton 😙
