Horrible hr team. They treated everyone horrible to the point where managers walked out. The whole team would call out and nobody can open the store. They are very unorganized and Elliott is all friends with them so they win!!!! Pj wrong choice boss..:. I could be homeless and broke && still wouldn’t take any job or food from them. They are pigs. I’m disappointed because I use to love McDonald’s until I worked here

I normally don't write reviews but our experience was so positive at the Somerset Street McDonald's location in New Brunswick. I have two small daughters and am 8 months pregnant and we were on our way back home after a long road trip and decided to stop in. The staff could see I had my hands full and helped me through the door and everything from the service to the food to the exceptionally clean environment was wonderful. I reached out to the HR Team to let them know how positive our experience was, and they were so kind and appreciative. I wish every fast food establishment was run the way this one was.

Horrible, horrible. I had an issue at one of their restaurants and nobody seems to care. I guess this is just another poorly run, poorly structured fast food business. I understand that these types of businesses are the backwater businesses in this country but you would think they would at least attempt to do a decent job and try and resolve complaints. I guess it doesn’t matter now as I put in a report to the NYC DCAS. The DCAS will fine them. Ok now I’m going to double down on the horrible review because this sleazy, disgusting bunch just cost me a one month suspension on my job. They wanted me to call them and said they would fix the problem but then they never did. They said they were sending me a copy of the receipt. That was two weeks ago. And now they don’t even answer my calls or call me back. Sleazy operators they are. No wonder they can’t keep employees and nobody wants to work for them. One of the other customers told me he found roaches in their food. I guess this is who they are. A bunch of sleaze bags who just live to exploit the local community. I think they own most of the McDonalds in the south bronx, definitely the one on Mount Eden and the one on 170th. I would stay away from their restaurants, you are liable to get food poisoning.
