I know some people may disagree but, I have had extremely positive experiences and I do empathize experiences with Golden Bowl for years now. I really like the food. The service as long as you don’t come too close to closing time is pretty respectable. The portions are pretty good and the prices are very reasonable. In my opinion, it’s an excellent experience. Please remember, it’s a take out joint not a restaurant. But, generally speaking, I don’t think you will be disappointed...

I lived in New Brunswick and the Somerset area for over 20 years. I moved back to VA in "09". I used to eat at Mei Mei's on Hamilton Street and at the Chinese restaurant on Remsen Ave the most. Well The Golde Bowl was nice and roomy. It was clean, the customer service was better than I expected and the food was good not to mention that the portions were nice. It felt good to be back in Jersey and Golden Bowl helped make that happen.

Solid place for takeout (I have never done delivery so I can’t speak for that). Good sesame chicken, chicken and broccoli, fried rice, general Tso’s, etc. - they have the basic dishes down really good.
