other gong cha locations are always so good but this one has super rude employees who don't even ask me basic sugar level/amt of ice when they are supposed to. they just put my boba on the counter and don't even call me when it's done

I've tried most of their tea flavors, but I think the brown sugar milk tea is the tastiest of the bunch. I also order the chewy boba with the tea. Once in a while, they sell out of the boba. And when it gets busy, expect to wait more than 15 minutes for your drink. But I think it's worth it.

I’ll give zero stars if it’s possible. Ordered 7 drinks, made to wait 15-20 minutes, then was told by the only guy at the store that he’s not able to make our order. I know he’s busy since he’s alone but only telling us after we’ve waited for so long is insane. By the way, he took the order of the next group behind us without issues. We will never come back to this gong cha branch again! Poor customer service and not even an apology.

I liked the options for the bubble tea and getting a sealed drink was pretty neat. I was able to save it for later.

TLDR: warm staff, decent food, and a cozy space While ordering the staff were warm and welcoming. This space is cozy and great for a rainy or cold winter day. I got the bubble waffle with ice cream. Rather than the traditional thin and crisp exterior, this bubble waffle is hearty and slightly cakey. While the texture isn't what I'm used to having, it's great for soaking up the ice cream.

I just went here and asked for one of their waffles and the girl told me sorry I don’t know how to make those. How do you have a job and not know how to make the only food your job has to offer. The. She proceeds to mess up my drink. Worst experience I have ever had here definitely will not be coming

Ordered the matcha and the taste was very bitter and just soo off from other boba I’ve had at gongcha chains. Idk if it was just this location, but I had to throw it out cause it was undrinkable and had a weird aftertaste. Literally tasted like cleaner. Waste of money for $6.

Lychee oolong is my go to. The pearls here are a little overcooked some days but I like that this gong cha is open late for those days when I want a late night bubble tea. Street parking is difficult but the service is always fast and friendly.

Very Rude Employees. The Drink Bar is disgusting. One Worker with short hair and glasses was extremely rude to me and other customers..... I Have no idea why they are still allowed to work there

I kinda liked this place, but today a middle-aged woman tip herself without asking. I was going to tip cash on the table after, but nevermind. Also, did not ask for my preference on ice and sugar.

Don't waste your time. Staff super disrespectful - based off the reviews the ownership really needs to look into who they are hiring and provide training. Never coming back

Try their strawberry and brown sugar bubble tea. It’s good.

Ordered the taro milk tea with boba. Quick service and tasty! I also enjoy the option to give sweetness level and I always go with 20/30% option. It still takes like a dessert drink without being overwhelmingly sweet and drinking up sugar. If I'm ever in the area I'd go again!
