Made a stop here passing through for lunch. Upon entrance everything was clean. You order and pay for your food at the counter. They bring your food to you when done cooking. We ordered wings, quesadilla, 2 italian paninis and potato wedges. Everything was good hot and served fresh. One recommendation is that the meat on the Italian panini be grilled and hot with fried onions and that would have taken it to another level. We actually wrapped it up and took it home to do exactly that. Food offerings were typical and served its purpose for lunch. We did like that they served everything on their menu anytime.

Excellent food. Went for brunch with my niece. We ordered pancakes, tater tots, bacon and sausage. Food was plentiful and DELICIOUS! Service was great also. Would definitely return to this location.

This place has gone so far down hill both food and service wise since my time at Rutgers. The prices seem to have increased proportionally to the decrease in quality.
The second time I went in the past few weeks, I walked in and stood at the counter for minutes without being helped. A group of nurses then walked in behind me, at which point a girl came to the counter and started helping them! When I interjected to ask if I could place an order she put her finger up and asked me to wait until she was done with the group that walked in after me. The place was empty, I can't imagine how bad the service is when they are actually busy.
I won't be wasting my lunches walking down there again!
10/10 would go again.
