I’ve recently moved to NJ. This place have been raved about by everyone, so I’ve decided to try it. This is my second and final purchase. My first purchase had a very long hair strand on the box before I even opened it, I let that slide. But this time I won’t. I’m honestly displeased…
I bought the banana flip with protein to hopefully avoid having hair in my food. On my first taste something cut my gum. I immediately removed the straw from my mouth and spat it out, only to see a piece of metal. I poured the rest of the smoothie out and there was another piece of metal in my cup (see photos). I called to inform them and the girl apologized and offered to make me another smoothie but I passed. She said she’d have the manager refund me and simply hung up. No info was taken from me, so how will I get the refund? How do they even know which customer it was?
This was last Friday afternoon 8/29. Today is Monday 8/31. Unfortunately I can’t say the same like everyone. This please is unsafe and unprofessional by my experience.

Was looking for something to eat and came across this place. The staff inside were very pleasant. They have an all-day breakfast and lunch menu and specials of the day menu as well. We ordered the smoothies and OMG they were amazing. The strawberry landslide had simple and fresh ingredients and the Cookie Monster tasted like Oreo heaven.

Love this place but when ordering online and you get a DoorDash or Uber eats driver it sucks! Not the restaurants fault. Uber eats and door dash drivers have been horrible with delivering I wish there was a preference so delivery drivers would speak and understand English!

I used to be a fan, since the early 2000s, and I consistently ordered from them through college and later as I live in Highland Park.
Last year or so, they finally changed ownership, and I must say, the consistency of quality is completely gone.
Not only do they manage to forget crucial modifications of food such as including the sauce on the side, or ingredient substitutes, literally every time for the past year, despite speaking with extremely friendly and helpful staff…
This is the “medium” (read: charred on the outside, red in the middle) burger my girlfriend recently received.

The “hand battered chicken tenders” are terrible. They were thinner than a slice of deli meat. There was more breading than chicken. After frying them, they coat them in sauce, and glaze them in an oven/broiler, which makes them dry, crispy, hard edges and inedible. Not worth the price.. picture show how thin they are how little chicken is under the thick breading.
