bagels are just okay. Sometimes they chop the egg on the grill for some reason and it falls out all over the place. Bagels are sloppily slapped together. There is no alternative milk so if you're lactose intolerant, get your coffee across the street at Efe's Cafe. My biggest gripe with them is that they're almost never open during their posted hours, especially during winter and summer break. I get that it's run basically by college students, but uh, there's a whole community here that still needs to pick up their mediocre lunch. Service is good, the kids behind the counter are sweet, and will hook you up with a free coffee if you're a regular, even if you have to put cow milk in it and get diarrhea.

Unfortunately, these lack any kind of flavor. They need malt powder or something to make them actually taste like a bagel. But, in a pinch they will do the trick.

I’ve been coming here sporadically over the last year or so, ordering the same thing each time, and every time it is perfection. Just the best ingredients, best bagels, best everything, and the staff are hilarious! Can’t wait to come back again.

Service is comically slow. Ordered two bagels and an iced coffee and it took 20 minutes. Kept asking for my order and the employees rolled their eyes at me. The manager eventually came out and got my order for me. I get it that disinterested college kids probably work there but the apathy was ridiculous

I just got a sausage egg and cheese on an onion bagel SPK and let me tell u I’ve never experienced this level of joy before in my life. Hole in the wall is a place for dreamers and believers. It’s a beautiful, sacred place with bodacious bagels. I am positively flabbergasted and jovial. Delish 10/10

Been in Brunswick my whole life and just recently found out of this place ! Best bagels there is around here ! Sad I just found it but glad this will be our to go spot now . They won’t disappoint!

Called last minute for a catering bagel platters order for RWJ case managers. Nicholas was great and so helpful and had it waiting for me early in morning. The platters looked so nice and everyone looked the bagels muffins etc. Will be returning .

Delicious bagels. Quick and friendly service. Completed a last minute large order of 2 dozen bagels with tubs of cream cheese and butter. Next time, I’ll place large bagel order for the office at least one day in advance.

I took a bite of the sandwich and it tasted like either perfume or cleaning product. My husband took it back and these people wanted to charge him for a new sandwich! The person there was unprofessional and rude! They need to be taught how customer service works! I wouldn’t put past me if he was being racist because we’re Spanish!
