We have been visiting this Houlihan's for a few years since the one in Metuchen closed down. On our most recent visit there was a small roach in our drink. We called over the server and she replaced the drink. When she brought our app plates and napkins there was another small roach (alive) on the napkins. She again replaced them. No manager ever came. I contacted them through their website and no one ever responded. The only thing worse than a roach infestation is when management and corporate just ignore it. We wont be back.

I went here for happy hour yesterday with friends and had a great time! Our server Zeniah was so attentive and accommodating, making sure that we were taken care of from start to finish, which added to our overall experience. The drink and food options are pretty nice too, I got the Shrooms appetizer and really liked it. Definitely one of the best happy hour spots in the area! Thank you!

Came here today to take my family out to dinner . It was the anniversary of my mother Inlaw death , I wanted to cheer my husband up . First the lemonades we ordered were terrible ( strawberry & mango ) we sent them back ! Then the coke soda was so weak ! The table across from us complained they were offered water and a free dessert ! The manager Brian came over no help offered asparagus to replace the dried out green beans & they were burnt no taste but charcoal taste ! No free dessert for us ! The look on my husband face told it all ! I am so sorry we came here today ! Go somewhere else but not here this place food & customer service is a 1

We came in on a rainy Saturday. Liz was our server. She was personable and always smiling ☺. She gave us a great suggestion for food choices and had my to go salad ready when I was ready to go. Food was hot and delicious. She made our experience enjoyable. Kudos to the cooks too! The chicken sandwich was slammin!

Food is average and our office orders here about 2-3 times a month. Location is still in good shape, however, service is inconsistent. Food quality is also not consistent as it needs to be, and they took Jumbalaya off the menu. Three gentlemen in our office are not happy since they removed it from their menu. Maybe they should reconsider. We spent 15,000.00 last year at this location in New Brunswick, and they took off what we love the most!

Had to update my review and drop a star from 5 to 4.Houlihan's is unique among chain restaurants and bars.Very nice atmosphere, large bar, and better than average food.Why the 4 stars?Two reasons:1. Limited draft beer selection2. They removed the AMAZING Prime Rib when Covid hit, and they never brought it back.The Prime Rib was the best I've had in just about any restaurant, and it's a shame they removed it from the menu.I also wish they'd bring back the wings they had a number of years ago - green jalapeno wings or something - they were amazing.I miss the avocado toast here as well.Great appetizers - the Ahi Tuna app is excellent.Buffalo and Thai Chili wings are both awesome.NY Strip is solid.Down Home Pot Roast - incredible.Sedona Shrimp Pasta - great.Brentwood Chicken Sandwich is very good too.Overall - a great place to grab a drink and some food - and only a couple of changes would make it 5-stars again for me.
