I went for the 1 dollar 2 cookie deal and the employees were disorganized and really rude. I went in and told one employee my name and she said it wasn’t there - I showed her my app and she said to wait and took a few other customers on the register - no big deal. Then, the other employee comes out and asks if anyone has pickup orders and since the other employee told me to wait I didn’t say anything. Finally, the first employee told the second employee to check and she found my order. She then hassled me saying “I already asked for pickup orders”. Just really rude after I was already waiting due to the first employees lack of organization

Came in to order a Gluten free cookie. When I come in near closing, I occasionally get blessed with some extra cookies because the GF ones aren't sold as often.
Coming in 20 minutes before close, I ordered a single GF cookie and received one--i wish i could have gotten more, but no big deal
That was, until my friend ordered a single peanut butter cookie and got an entire box of multiple cookie flavors--for the price of one
I'm not against people getting extra cookies, but the blatant favoritism was disappointing

We’ve found our new favorite spot for ice cream and desserts! Tried their s’mores cookie with Caramellionaire, and it was amazing. Perfectly sweet and gooey – just what we were craving. Can’t wait to go back and try more treats!

I had a great experience cookies were on point and customer service was outstanding.
I normally love Insomnia cookies, but the cookies at this location are really not up to par. I’ve tried this place 4 times and the cookies are sooo dry. Any other location is amazing. Maybe they need to re-learn the proper insomnia way to make the cookies. I hope they do. Maybe they figure that drunk college kids don’t care about the taste.

I experienced rude and unpleasant service the other day. Typically, when I go to Insomnia, I always get military discounts. As a military student, having such discounts alleviates any financial stress and gives me a chance to have some enjoyment and entertainment. I have noticed how Insomnia is very inconsistent with their discounts and just in general. I have gotten military discounts in the past all at different locations, including this one, but when I went last time they said they do not have discounts. I told the lady at the counter that last time I got discounts here, to which she went to the back of the store. I assumed she went to go speak to another employee or her manager, turns out she ended up ignoring us and went to go do someone else's order. I found the climate to be very rude and dismissive especially since she didn't even answer my question and straight left me at the counter. I am disappointed by such rude behavior and I question Insomnia's integrity towards their discounts and the standardization of their policies.
