Wish i could give negative based on my experience Spent $50 at Insomnia Cookies and had a shockingly bad experience. Rude staff mocked my brother for asking about a cookie, denied me an ice cream sample while offering one to my sister, and escalated to shouting racist remarks and threats as we left. Unprofessional and unacceptable—management needs to address this ASAP.

My family and I visited Insomnia Cookies and spent over $40 on a 6-pack and other items. From the beginning, the employees were extremely rude and unprofessional. When my brother asked about a cookie that wasn’t available, one of the workers slapped the menu and aggressively asked him if he could read. It was completely unnecessary and confrontational.
After receiving our order, I asked to sample an ice cream flavor and was flat-out denied. The woman at the counter said no and refused to speak to me—but then offered a sample to my sister. The way she handled it felt intentionally disrespectful and discriminatory.
We told them the service had been awful and that we’d be leaving a review. As we were leaving, both employees ran out of the store after us, shouting obscenities, including racist remarks. One of them even said “Thank you, come again” in a mocking Indian accent. They also said they wanted to fight us, which was completely unprovoked.
This experience was not only rude—it was threatening and deeply inappropriate. No customer should ever be treated this way. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the behavior of the staff working that day.

The cookies are outrageously good. The staff is fast, efficient, and friendly. The store is clean and pleasing to the eye. Will be visiting again.

I went for the 1 dollar 2 cookie deal and the employees were disorganized and really rude. I went in and told one employee my name and she said it wasn’t there - I showed her my app and she said to wait and took a few other customers on the register - no big deal. Then, the other employee comes out and asks if anyone has pickup orders and since the other employee told me to wait I didn’t say anything. Finally, the first employee told the second employee to check and she found my order. She then hassled me saying “I already asked for pickup orders”. Just really rude after I was already waiting due to the first employees lack of organization

Came in to order a Gluten free cookie. When I come in near closing, I occasionally get blessed with some extra cookies because the GF ones aren't sold as often.
Coming in 20 minutes before close, I ordered a single GF cookie and received one--i wish i could have gotten more, but no big deal
That was, until my friend ordered a single peanut butter cookie and got an entire box of multiple cookie flavors--for the price of one
I'm not against people getting extra cookies, but the blatant favoritism was disappointing

We’ve found our new favorite spot for ice cream and desserts! Tried their s’mores cookie with Caramellionaire, and it was amazing. Perfectly sweet and gooey – just what we were craving. Can’t wait to go back and try more treats!

Cookies Were basically raw . Needed to be cooked a lil while longer . Area was Clean smelt great . But them cookies not a cup of tea . Please Cook the cookies longer at least a good 30 mins .
