Here you gotta know what chu gunna order cause the line is crazy & the cashier’s seem annoyed when you need a sec to see what you going to order. Menu is on the wall. Very overpriced. Bagels are dry not authentic nyc bagels

Whenever I order food from them 50 percent chance they might mess up the order. They do this for in person orders and DoorDash orders. Please check your bags before leaving most likely your order is wrong. The food isn’t bad but constantly screwing up with simple sandwiches is bad quality.

Outrageously priced, I paid over $12 for one of their bagel sandwiches. Given I did upgrade to the jalapeño cheddar bagel, but it wasn’t worth it at all. The cream cheese wasn’t thick and the bagel isn’t anything special. Would’ve been okay if it wasn’t so expensive. I would not come back here.

I asked for a plain bagel with butter not a butter smorg by the time I got to work 15 mins later the butter was soaked into the bagel and it was so messy I had to try and wipe it down

This is my daily go to spot for breakfast. I have always had a great experience. The woman in the front Sophia really needs a promotion. Not only is she always extremely friendly and happy to be there. She goes the extra mile by learning the names and orders of the regulars so as soon as they step foot in the door their food is already on the grill and their tab ready to be paid. Exceptional service!

Had an issue with my order where they ran out of all of the bagels for my half dozen after I had placed the order. The manager took care of me the next day and was very apologetic and made sure I was happy with the resolution.The food is always really good and the bagels are top notch!
