Was here for the first time and the black girl with the turban and the glasses was the host and her attitude was disgusting. My girlfriend wanted to confirm with the host that we payed for the order with the QR code on the check and she just shrugged us off. That’s not good customer service at all. Won’t be here again

Our waiter Alex was outstanding! He was fast on any refills whether it was the chips or the drinks we ordered. I swear he didn't stop moving. I saw him sweep, clean tables, fix the floor layout all while helping the customers he had. The food was amazing as always and reasonably priced for the sizing and quality of the food. It was incredible clean and there was a great atmosphere. I highly recommend the strawberry cheesecake Chimis they are the best dessert I think I've ever had! Definitely recommend coming here!

I called "On the Border" on Route 1 in New Brunswick (today - 3/27/24), and they told me that they no longer have "The Fiesta Salad" on their menu anymore. I used to come to this restaurant with my co-workers and I always ordered "The Fiesta Salad". There were times, in the past, that I would drive to "On the Border" - just to purchase and bring home a "to-go" "Fiesta Salad"! PLEEAASE, put this delicious "Fiesta Salad" back on your menu! Thanks!

Salsa and chips are free. Queso has a good consistency and flavor. Steak fajitas come sizzling. Dos XX fish tacos have a good amount of fish. What more can you ask for? It's a chain restaurant that hits.

We had a Birthday Celebration at On the Border and had a fabulous time!!! The Manager, Bill, went out of his way to accommodate us (group of eight) and our Server, Mariana, was wonderful and the hostess was so sweet. We aren't able to get together often and when we do, we talk for hours. The food was very good and It was so nice to relax and stay as long as we wanted to.

Cookie cutter Mexican American food and bright blue margaritas. The service was great and they did a great job serving a large party.

Regina(waitress) was amazing. Her service was above average and took care of business more than well. Will definitely come back to see her again but for On The Border as a business itself your company has a great one in Regina as an employee there attracting customers.

It's not the same it as it used to be 10 years ago. Margaritas a week! Chips are still delicious! Service is SOOOOO SLOW, and we went on a night they were empty, so there is NO excuse!Parking: Sears is gone, so most of the lots is blocked off for construction, and there is no access from Ryders Lane anymore only Route 1 South!Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu!Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking and wheelchair accessible.
