My wife and I couldn't be happier living at One Spring St. We were attracted to the building because of its cleanliness and the 24x7 concierge service. My first time in the building was to watch fireworks over the Raritan River from the Skydeck. Now, we can view the fireworks from our living room window. My wife is in a wheelchair and uses one word to describe the experience: freedom. Once she takes the elevator to the lobby, she presses the button to open the door automatically and the city is there to explore. Both the State Theatre and New Jersey Transit are handicap accessible and are minutes from the building. This summer we took advantage of several events at nearby Boyd Park. This winter, I plan on taking advantage of the gym on the 6th. floor. We are excited about the future of New Brunswick and we are pleased to have a front row view.
