My wife and I couldn't be happier living at One Spring St. We were attracted to the building because of its cleanliness and the 24x7 concierge service. My first time in the building was to watch fireworks over the Raritan River from the Skydeck. Now, we can view the fireworks from our living room window. My wife is in a wheelchair and uses one word to describe the experience: freedom. Once she takes the elevator to the lobby, she presses the button to open the door automatically...
