I opted for the signature poke bowl and was not disappointed! I thought the fish was good quality, appreciated that the sauces were on the side so you can adjust how much you want, and the quick pick up time was a plus. The decor is interesting when you go in so definitely a nice place if you are looking for something a little different.

Great place for sushi and poke. The fish is fresh and cut for each poke bowl, sushi roll, and sushi burrito. The workers are really nice and its really close to rutgers. Theres not a whole lot of seating but most people get take out anyways so there will most likely be a seat if you wanna eat in. They have self ordering too. The fish is fresh and clean. It might be a little wait for you food but thats honestly fine because it just shows the food is fresh.

Beware confusion! When you walk in there is a touch screen to order. I was confused as to why the options were not the same as the website. It turns out that both Poke Nagmoi and Cambo box operate out of the same restaurant space. I didn't end up getting to try the food I came for, but Cambo Box was delicious. I will have to go back to try Poke Nagmoi! Cute space and nice staff, just make sure you order at the correct spot.

The food is definitely delicious. My only problem is the price. You spend almost $18 for a bowl and it’s probably only worth $12

Best Poke I ever had!! I like to try different places and food varieties as well. And this Poke is just the best, always fresh, always tasty, and it's consistent every time.

I've been going here for a while. Best Poke in New Brunswick! I was in San Francisco last summer and I had poke over there. It didn't compare to Poke Nagomi right here in New Brunswick.

Charged me 3.5 for smashed packaged avocado. Why be extra money when it's not even fresh.

The employees were quite pleasant and helpful. There were a huge number of choices of ingredients with something for everyone. Everything was clearly labeled. The entire store was clean and very well maintained. I would definitely return again!

A small restaurant on George Street in the heart of downtown New Brunswick just around the corner from the state theater. It shares the same space as Cambo Box. You are encouraged to order online or at the kiosk located inside the restaurant.Upon walking in, you'll notice that there isn't a lot of seating available. Walking past the seating area will be Cambo Box and then Poke Nagomi. We ordered take out and our order was ready by the time we got there. It was placed on a shelf to the right of the wall so we were able to just grab and go.By the time we got home, the chicken karage was soggy which was unfortunate. It was placed in a plastic container, so all the condensation softened it pretty quickly. Overall, the chicken was slightly overdone and a bit too salty. The poke bowl, on the other hand, was very good and jam packed with sides. I ordered the signature bowl with spicy salmon and spicy tuna with spicy mayo as my sauce. Highly recommend their poke bowls.Something to keep in mind though, parking is all metered and not cheap. But if you plan on spending time walking around, then it's not so bad.

I walked by the restaurant many times but this is the first time I ordered from it. I ordered online for fast pickup. For the BYOB I selected spicy ahi tuna and salmon. For the base I selected half rice and half salad which was a good interesting and great addition to either rice or salad. Not sauces, spicy mayo and wasabi mayo, were wonderful. But I could have eaten the bowl without either as the taste of the seaweed salad, tamago, and the proteins were great. The spicy ahi tuna was saltier than I’d have liked. The portion was generous.

Delicious. Generous portions. Easiest online ordering. Only con is parking. Highly recommend the spicy ponzu sauce.

I've ordered from here twice now and found the consistency of the fish in the poke bowls a little bit strange both times - like a little too dense/congealed. I'm not entirely sure why it's like that but it just doesn't seem fresh like the fish you usually get in sushi/sashimi/other poke bowls. Their portion sizes are generous though and the food is tasty. I tried the salmon and spicy ahi tuna. The yuzu mayo has a unique flavor. The service was quick.

Excellent find right in New Brunswick! These poke bowls are fresh with a good portion of protein (ahi tuna in this case). I ordered through the app and it was easy and convenient. The sauces came on the side - but I didn't end up using any sauce in the poke bowl because the flavors were delicious without any additions. I selected every available topping (except onions), on a bed of rice. Perfect quick meal!

Love it! You'll definitely get a bang for your buck at this place. I ordered a mini BYOB poke bowl and could not have been happier. I chose salmon as my protein and was very impressed with the variety of sides/crunch available (seaweed salad, sweet corn, edamame, pineapple, pickled ginger, sakura pickled radish, cucumbers, onions, scallions, furikake, crispy onions, and tempura flakes). Service was super quick and staff was friendly. I definitely recommend and will be back soon!

Very mediocre poke. Tuna was not fresh (I did come at the end of the day). Very low amount of rice which by the end it was almost impossible to eat because it was only seaweed cucumber corn and Tuna left. The sauce was served in cups and not spread over the bowl so when you go and spread sauce yourself you are practically only getting a small portion of the bowl in sauce. Could be a marketing ploy to cut down the amount of sauce they use, making you pay extra for sauce. Not sure how this place has all these positive reviews.
