I used a $6.99 coupon for a 2 PC, chicken boxed meal. It came with a small drink, biscuit, fries, and 2 small pieces of chicken, a wing and something they called chicken breast. I mentioned to the person that took my order that I never saw a leg bone in chicken breast before. He said he doesn't eat chicken. Everything tasted very good! Free refills from the self served soft drink machine. The people are pleasant!

Parking: It's located in a small strip mall. Parking is subject to how busy the area is. I went around 3pm on a Wednesday. It wasn't bad finding a parking spot.

They stopped offering butter and jelly, i asked for butter or jelly for the biscuits.
They give you literally two napkins now.
The employees barely speak or understand any English!
I asked them for salt and pepper and jelly, and they didn't understand.
The Indian supervisor is the worse lol thinks he's back in his home country treating customers like they're the help

Placed an online order. Had an issue with the order. Popeye’s online took care of the problem, no worries. Gave me an instant $15 credit. But this location could not and would not help me or accept the order with the credit given. Utterly unhelpful. They charge this much for a sandwich, side, and drink but take your money and provide nothing. Luckily it’s 2024 and I can chargeback the credit card before even leaving the parking lot.

Deleted my Popeyes account and will never go back. This location lost a customer over a chicken sandwich, what else do you need to know?
