The cooks and staff are awesome and they have great bubble tea, but I lived in Japan and umami was not there with the ramen. Everything was Americanized. Nothing fresh, all frozen. The chashu was so Americanized ,however, edible but I'd personally don't like frozen food just hit with a fire stick or whatever they call it. Lol..
