They should fix their online hours if they close from 3pm-5pm. They only use online forms or an AI automatic response system to place orders if you wanna get pickup/delivery. There is no way to pay with cash through these options, I would enjoy the food more if I could order like anywhere else.

Not many options for vegetarians. The Spicy Veggie Ramen was not spicy at all. The Ramen came out lukewarm and with just 2 pieces of tofu, little bit of spinach and corn, the $18 price is expensive. Would not recommend for vegetarians.

I ordered the chicken and rice, thinking it would be super good because of the reviews and price. It really wasn’t, it was super disappointing. The rice was average, it tasted like rice but nothing special. The chicken is where I had the issue, the chicken was so unflavorful and just really dry. The “sauce” was spicy mayo, and it was drizzled on. You could barely taste it. The portion size is was small for 12 dollars. I’m in the area a lot and I do pass by this place a lot. I don’t think I’d go again.

Edit: I don’t know what happened but the quality was repulsive this time. Prices went up to $25 for a bowl. It was garbage. Straight garbage. What happened to this place??? Save your $$. Go somewhere else.

Went with a group to go and see our friend perform, got hungry, and decided to look for places in the area. We found this hole in a wall that had a waitlist and looked very intimate. I usually love places this this because it shows me the food is going to be amazing. I got the burnt garlic (picture inserted) and rock shrimp tempura that was absolutely amazing. One of the best ramen I've had in a while.
We happened upon this place on our way home from Philadelphia, and we were blown away by the experience. The Shrimp Bao and the Tonkotsu Ramen were wonderful.

Really disappointed by the service and the food here.
Ordered the Tonkotsu ramen ~40 minutes before closing, and received a sad bowl of ramen with no egg despite it being on the menu. Asked the waitress why the egg was missing, and she said that they ran out since it was the end of the night. Understandable, but she responded right away so she knew they were out ahead of time when she was taking my order and didn’t bother informing me. Had she told me, I would’ve ordered something else… Also no offer to make things right, she just said sorry. They refused to even give a $1-$2 discount (on a $19 item!!), and after much prompting they finally agreed to give me 2 more small pieces of meat, the only reason why it’s 2 stars instead of 1.
The whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth, had I not said anything they would’ve happily given me the ramen with items missing. Stingy behavior and I can tell this place is definitely not run by Japanese people or at least with Japanese values. Will not be coming back.
