Probably a heartbreaking post. Its not the same nagomi i clung on to all of Rutgers semesters. Its sad to see myself stop eating here. Ive had countless orders from here because the quality was insane.

A single star rating wasn't due to the food quality, but rather stemmed from the attitude of a masked waiter. We arrived to celebrate my husband's birthday with friends, only to be met with rude behavior and unpleasantness from the waiter, who seemed to have a sour mood for no apparent reason. Despite being automatically charged a gratuity for our party of five, it was unfortunate to feel compelled to tip someone who made our dining experience so unpleasant.

pretty good here. staff are nice. wait is way too long and small space. rakki ramen is another viable option if wait is too long

It's a very popular ramen stop around the New Brunswick area. It's not big and only less than 10 tables are served. So, there is often a wait... How does it taste? Umm... Very good but not oily. I personally prefer heavier taste. Santouka at Mitsuwa is better in my opinion, but my wife is in the opposite opinion. The price is a bit higher but acceptable. Parking is not convenient since it's New Brunswick. You might park at a distance from Ramen Nagomi. For enjoying a bowl of delicious hot ramen, it's still worth it.

Ramen Nagomi feels like you landed in a Tokyo ramen shop. This place is popular so don’t be surprised by a wait at dinner time especially during the colder months. This is my favorite traditional ramen shop in all of NJ.All their ramens are stellar. Rich flavors but not overly heavy. I’ve tried many of their ramens including seasonal ones and every one has been on point.Their takoyaki starters is perfection. We get it almost every visit. We also enjoy the cucumbers for a refreshing start.Service is always quick and friendly.

Delicious Ramen and Cozy AtmosphereI recently dined at Ramen Nagomi in New Brunswick and had a good experience. The Chicken Karaage with sriracha mayo dipping sauce was a flavorful start to the meal. The Vegetable Spicy Miso Ramen with added chicken was a standout dish - the soup was rich, hot, and spicy, perfect for a chilly day. I appreciate that they offer options like the vegetarian spicy miso ramen with chicken for those who prefer non-pork options.Additionally, the Rock Shrimp Tempura was a delightful crispy treat served with short grain rice. The dine-in space was cute and cozy, not too crowded but with a steady flow of customers. The service was excellent; the staff was helpful and attentive throughout our meal.Overall, I highly recommend Ramen Nagomi for delicious food, accommodating options, and a pleasant dining experience.

Ramen nagomi is probably my favorite ramen spot. The service is quick and the atmosphere is so cozy. I got the truffle butter ramen this time, which was good, but I normally get the Spicy miso ramen, which is amazing. I’d recommend getting bao buns for an appetizer. An order comes with 2, so it a perfect shareable item to start with. Definitely end with the Black sesame ice cream. This ice cream is so good, I’d buy a pint from them if they sold it!

Wish I had more time to explore the menu but it was a quick lunch stop during a break. Food was absolutely delicious, excellent and friendly service, and the atmosphere was so chill. I definitely want to come back when I have more time and enjoy one of their ramen dishes.

First time here and we were impressed. The place is small and intimate, seating around 25 people. The food was delicious. We ordered the kakuni bao and they were two delicious pillows of goodness. I ordered the burnt garlic ramen and it was sweet, savory, and a tiny bit of backend spice. Our server, Darius, was an absolute pleasure and very welcoming and attentive, something that other places are sorely lacking. He had great recommendations and followed up several times to see if we were good. We will definitely be back!

The food here is the best, it can get busy but they have time frames where it’s not as busy. There is not as much room inside but the staff is great and it’s BYOB.
