First off this is a restaurant in a hospital, so in the morning after spending all night there in a chair with my son I go there to call him out of school and get something in my stomach and I'm tired and sleep deprived and I ask if they have breakfast sandwiches because i didnt see it on the menu and the woman instantly starts yelling at me saying "ma'am this is the menu right here!" Now I understand its early, first thing in the morning but this is a hospital I clearly have a visitors label on so she knows I'm here because something is wrong with someone close to me and that's how shes going to treat people that are dealing with hardships or medical issues? I was just upset with how they talk to customers because she also yelled at a staff member ordering after me. So obviously this is just their attitude...
I went there Yesterday Morning and I really dislike the service. My coffee was cold and sneezed on by the server I had to ask for a new one. I at least The French toast was okay. That's why I'm giving it one star. I'm not going back there again!
I called the Cyber knife radiosurgery department and was promised a call back. This after explaining I have stage 3 lung cancer. They returned my call that day after leaving a message after talking to a woman named Melissa. I said I wanted to get a second opinion before starting chemotherapy and radiation. I gave them them permission to release my files from Daborha Heart and Lung in Browns Mill and they never returned my calls afterwards. She said she'd call me by days end. I guess because I'm not covered I didn't at least deserve a call back. Very disappointed and can't recommend them based on that. I called her back several times afterwards, left messages and nothing. No backbone to at least call me back? It's all about money. I'm covered under NJ Blue Cross Blue Shield. These people are heartless.
I had surgery yesterday and I was so impressed by how beautiful the hospital is. For an older building it was very clean and beautiful. The pre-op staff were all amazing! Surgical staff were so caring and comforting. Post op was the best ever. Once in my room the RN’s were angels making sure I was comfortable and didn’t mind when I called for them. Two assistants that I had once in my room weren’t as nice, didn’t want to talk to me and seemed bothered when I needed to go to bathroom or asked for another blanket but even with those two people I’d give my stay a 5 star rating! Thank you so much for taking care of me and making sure I was safe and comfortable. So glad we left Philly to go to an amazing hospital.
I hope I never have to go back...!! But if I do, I hope I get to experience all the wonderful caregivers! I was out of town on work and found myself admitted because of a bug bite gone wrong. From Dr. "B" and the amazing ER team, to Dr. Cathleen and my ID doc, the care was superb. Nurse Becca and Nurse Lizzie were awesome and Nurse Lauren (?) helped my get out just in time to make my flight home! Nobody works harder than the Nursing Assistants...Ms Dee!!! The 10 am prayer time was a blessing as were the compassionate Chaplains who stopped to visit. The highlights of my day, however, were the sweet ladies bringing me delish meals every day with a smile!!! Way better than any hotel. God bless all of you and thank you for your sacrifice. Thank you St Peter's!
What a wonderful staff they have in the maternity ward. Just gave birth on Friday and these nurses have been truly incredible. They are attentive, friendly, great bedside manner and really good at what they do. They have made my experience here pleasant and easy. SO TO ALL THE FANTASTIC LADIES ON THE 4TH FLOOR AT SPUH, IF YOU CAN SEE THIS, THANK YOU!
This was the worst hospital stay of my lifetime! Unprofessional inconsiderate Aversive I’ve group of dr I have ever come in contact with! Started with four iv misses. Thank god for the nuclear medicine tec. At least he could put a iv in. The surgeon didn’t want to commit. The gastro dr told me I had a bowel blockage than 4 hours later told me it was not me it was a few rooms down. No answers padding the buck even discharge me was a night mare!! I would never tell anyone to go there!!! The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing!!!! Stay out if this Hospital
I try not to share too much personal information but recently I had a need to spend 10 days in St Peter’s University Hospital. This post is about the wonderful, caring, professionals who make this hospital great. From the top doctors who treated me to the maintenance personnel who stopped in between their duties to ask how I was doing. I want to thank each and every one of you for getting me back on my feet and home. God bless all of you.
My dad had a big back back surgery and had the worst experience at this hospital. The nurses are lazy and don't care about the patients at all. My dad fell and was on the floor for a while and nobody came to help him even though he was calling for help. Horrible!!!!

I had an early labor on October 29th, 2020. That day I got a fever so my doctor decided that I needed a last minute C- section so my baby did not get any infection. My baby had to spend 3 days in the NICU for observation and received antibiotics. The nurses at the NICU were great. Especially Peg, Susy and Julie. They treated my Alessandro with love and they taught my husband and I basics for first time parents. I highly recommend the NICU nurses at Saint Peter’s Hospital.
they very caring ,passionate and honestly makes you feel at home ,walk with you to face your fear day in and day out
Dr. Foroutan from MFM is amazing! I love her level of care and the time she takes to explain her answers to all my questions. She’s very personable and has a cheery personality to ease you right in to feeling comfortable. This is my second time with MFM and everyone has been so helpful along with the MFM nurse Amanda and the check in staff, Mallory!
