I went in for a procedure & was very anxious. My medical team was so accommodating and made it a point to do anything and everything to make me comfortable. One of the residents stood next to me & held my hand & told me everything was gonna be alright and that I'm going to feel so much better after waking up until I was knocked out. The kindness and attentiveness that was shown meant so much.

Descent Staff and good medical services. however I totally agree with many of the reviews about the maintenance of this hospital. I was surprised to see such pathetic and torn blankets and unclean rooms. It's time to seriously consider improving the cleanliness and meet the basic standards (provide proper blankets, change the bed sheets regularly, clean the room regularly)in the rooms. Can't a hospital provide this basic facility even after charging high Bills from patients ????

I waited 4 hours in the ER with level 9 pain and got no help. The nurse told me the less serious cases get called in first since they don't need a bed like for me. So less serious cases get help before more serious case. I saw 4 others leave before I finally got up and left. To go to an ER and in the end leave with no help is inexcusable. I will never step foot into this ER again.

I spent 5 hours in the emergency room with severe back pain and vomiting. Every nurse I talked to about my situation gave the same response which was 'I understand'. I finally left the emergency room Fortunately I had some pain meds left over from a previous surgery which got me through until I could see a doctor the next day. I will never go back to this emergency room.

It use to be an awesome hospital. Terrible place now. If you value your health stay away. They almost killed me.

The people handling the phone are extremely rude and unreliable. I was trying to get help for a problem, and they were annoyed and not helpful.

This has got to be the worst hospital I have ever been unfortunate to deal with - there is a complete lack of management , communication and general common courtesy with in the staff - whether they are admin or nurses We have been "literally stuck" here for over 72hrs without any direction as to what is going on, no one seems to know what is going on and they order a multitude of tests sometimes multiple times just racking up bills and yet no one has any idea when or why If you can avoid this hospital PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS someone needs to take responsibility as this is peoples lives they are messing with and there is no accountability - - if they can't do their job - they need to find the right people because clearly who they have now isn't working The sad thing is that there are more staff than patients and they still aren't able to be efficient

Went here for a same day surgery and the entire experience was great. From the nurses to the doctors, everyone was so kind and helpful. The treatment I got here was so much better than RWJ.

First off this is a restaurant in a hospital, so in the morning after spending all night there in a chair with my son I go there to call him out of school and get something in my stomach and I'm tired and sleep deprived and I ask if they have breakfast sandwiches because i didnt see it on the menu and the woman instantly starts yelling at me saying "ma'am this is the menu right here!" Now I understand its early, first thing in the morning but this is a hospital I clearly have a visitors label on so she knows I'm here because something is wrong with someone close to me and that's how shes going to treat people that are dealing with hardships or medical issues? I was just upset with how they talk to customers because she also yelled at a staff member ordering after me. So obviously this is just their attitude...

Checked myself in today. My experience was the worst I had in years, this hospital is my go to, and I just should've gone to RWJ down the road. The wait was way too long, (4hrs) and while I was admitted the doc was very upset; I should say all the staff was on their phones and very lazy. The lady, Misha Palin that is in charge to get payments was very racist when I told her I don't have my social #, she automatically assumed I was Hispanic and said "you speak English?" She said "Are you Mexican, Guatemalan?" On the other hand, NOW they require a co-pay for all patients. I was harassed just for 50$, they wanted me to contact all my family just to get their money. If that was the case why isn't there any sign that says mandatory 50$ before anyone is admitted? This has to STOP, so many people are scarred to come because they're harassed for money, this can't be happening in the USA, this feels like a situation that will happen in a third world country. How is the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA) protecting my rights?

I went there Yesterday Morning and I really dislike the service. My coffee was cold and sneezed on by the server I had to ask for a new one. I at least The French toast was okay. That's why I'm giving it one star. I'm not going back there again!

Roxanne, the triage nurse in L&D who refused to tell me her title, is the most unprofessional hospital staff member I ever had to deal with. Talking over me, would not let me ask my question before she opened her mouth to talk over me, attitude, and had the nerve to tell me I was the nasty one. I advised I did not want her anywhere Near me or my delivery room, or anywhere near my newborn- and she mentioned she didn't want to be anywhere near me either. Im being induced for my blood pressure, and Roxanne assumed getting my blood pressure up @ 8:45 PM was a good idea. I'll be taking her unprofessional encounter all the way up to the top of the chain, as this is why I should not Have had to deal with the day before my induction- in which she told me I was not even promised to have done at the scheduled time.

I called the Cyber knife radiosurgery department and was promised a call back. This after explaining I have stage 3 lung cancer. They returned my call that day after leaving a message after talking to a woman named Melissa. I said I wanted to get a second opinion before starting chemotherapy and radiation. I gave them them permission to release my files from Daborha Heart and Lung in Browns Mill and they never returned my calls afterwards. She said she'd call me by days end. I guess because I'm not covered I didn't at least deserve a call back. Very disappointed and can't recommend them based on that. I called her back several times afterwards, left messages and nothing. No backbone to at least call me back? It's all about money. I'm covered under NJ Blue Cross Blue Shield. These people are heartless.

I had surgery yesterday and I was so impressed by how beautiful the hospital is. For an older building it was very clean and beautiful. The pre-op staff were all amazing! Surgical staff were so caring and comforting. Post op was the best ever. Once in my room the RN’s were angels making sure I was comfortable and didn’t mind when I called for them. Two assistants that I had once in my room weren’t as nice, didn’t want to talk to me and seemed bothered when I needed to go to bathroom or asked for another blanket but even with those two people I’d give my stay a 5 star rating! Thank you so much for taking care of me and making sure I was safe and comfortable. So glad we left Philly to go to an amazing hospital.
