Food was great service was lacking it was slow when we went so we thought we would have great service but the server and the bartender were to busy talking and chatting dirty dishes every where and she did not revolve dirty dishes had to try to get her attention to order more drinks she was to busy with the bartender we spent a lot of money and was charged a tip on our bills don’t get me wrong but I hate being charged for LACKING service

went in for an interview and was berated by the manager, Fabio. (who tried to get my review taken down)

Their bartender was clueless. Me and my girlfriend went to get some drinks- we are 21 and 22 years old and wanted to take a break from the college bars in New Brunswick and try something different. We showed our IDs, the bartender was completely clueless and said he can't take these- so we proceeded to show him both of our old IDs from before we turned 21, showed 3+ credit cards each and he still said no. Tried to flag down a more intelligent, maybe more experienced bartender and they looked just as lost and did not come to even help in the slightest. At this point we said alright man you’re clueless we're leaving and we left. I understand you don't want to serve underage customers but when we are completely respectful and show 5+ forms of ID each, you should at least get a second opinion. I asked can you scan them? Can someone else look? And he just looked lost and confused so we left. Place was pretty dead anyway and prices looked crazy so maybe they did us a favor.

Also I ordered a Heineken, he cracked it open, looked at my ID, gave the ID back, forgot he grabbed he grabbed me the first Heineken and went to get me another. Cracked that one open. Did alllll of that before then telling me he can't serve me to which I showed him all my forms of ID and the stuff I mentioned above happened. Pouring me TWO BEERS WHEN I ORDERED ONE, THEN DENYING MY ID. Furthermore showing just how lost this man was.

Food and cocktails were good! But we were charged an automatic 20% gratuity for 2 people because there was a live event. The event was a DJ who came on unannounced (probably 1.5h into our meal - nobody informed us that there would be a DJ and what time he would start ). DJ wasnt even spinning, just playing music. Had a really good experience right up to the billing. No wonder this place was so empty on a Friday night. Will not be back. This business rather imposes 20% gratuity than get repeat customers.

Food was great.
I've been to the Westfield location and the chicken was definitely better at this one.
Drinks were pretty good, I lucked out as the manager was experimenting with new versions and let me try some while I waited for my food. That was on top of the drinks I ordered.
Definitely coming back!

Parking: Church Street or the other parking deck is about the same amount of time walking.

I've frequented this place so many times in the past it hurts to write this post. Today was a horrible experience. The service sucks and the food was mediocre to say the least. All I received was my chicken which was not even hot. Twice fried where?! Then to the young African American male you were very rude and sassy. All I can say is thank you to Luna who tried to assist but the damage was done. I'll never go back and will tell anyone that'll listen. Very very bad service

We have been here multiple times and the first couple of times it was amazing. The chicken was so delicious and juicy! The music and atmosphere was so fun and the drinks were really good! Other visits have not been the same. There were times when the food did not taste fresh, it tasted like it was reheated. Some of it was not even that hot. It was a totally different quality from what we had before but we always ordered the same things.

Also,, what happened to the Saturday DJ?? It was the same DJ every Saturday and she played great music! It was always really fun and upbeat without feeling overwhelmed like at a club. We knew to come here for a great night. Missing the last times we went?? It was so boring compared to how it was before.

One time, we went on a Friday. Different DJ...not our vibe at all and it was really loud, not in a good way. On that same night, we had the same experience as what someone else wrote here. The bar manager "FABIO" ignored us while he was flirting with other guests at the other side of the same bar and proceeded to make them the worlds fanciest drinks! LOL meanwhile when we did get our drinks, they were not as good as others we had here. We still tipped them because we also work in the industry and I know sometimes it happens. But this was actually really rude and bad service.

It is a cool place so maybe we will pop in again on a Saturday night again if the DJ is in. But, it is very hit or miss, see why it is empty in there a lot...

I went to Roosterspin last night for happy hour, the bar manager Fabio completely ignored me and my friend. We waited over 30mins with our drinks empty in front of us while he was talking to a group of girls next to us. I have never been so blatantly ignored by a bartender before. Terrible service

We decided last minute to eat here for my boyfriends birthday, mind you there were roughly 14 people. We were able to get a table within 15 minutes on a Saturday night. The food was great, the drinks were delicious and had entertaining themes. The service there was amazing, the staff made you feel at home.

We also decided to book a karaoke room last minute as well since there was availability. It ended up being a great birthday for my boyfriend and a great party for our friends!

Will be coming here again.

On my visits's Luna was our server. EXCELLENT SERVER!! She was so welcoming, very thorough explaining the menu. She was a doll. 5 Stars to her. The wings Amazing!! Been back 3X's since I was so impressed with experience. This place is a Must Try. You will not be disappointed.

Love this place! Love the ambiance and music. This is our first time here. We had garlic fired rice- excellent with plenty of seafood in there t. Bibimbap - out of this world! Flavor and texture are so well balanced and the stone bowl rays snaking hot til the very last bite! Chicken finger- the child ordered it but the adults enjoyed it very much as well! Breading is flavorful and light and crispy! Fires are tea good as well. We will definitely come back and try other things on the menu. Highly recommend!
