I just had my worst restaurant experience ever. It ruined my night and possibly the rest of the week. The waitress was unbelievably rude. We were also horribly neglected the whole time we were there. I low key thought it could be racist or at least double standard. Food is meh, regular Japanese cuisine, but the service was terrible. We should not have left a tip at all. Don’t recommend to anybody.

Our family outing--a play at the George Street Playhouse and dinner at Sakana--was wonderful. The food, service and surroundings provided a perfect finale. While the all-you-can-eat menu is very popular, we chose to pick and choose. There is a huge selection, and we selected about eight appetizers to share along with salads and entrees. So fresh and good. Gyoza, sushi, endame, buns, hibachi, teriyaki, a mountain of food. And very, very reasonable. Served by a friendly staff and helpful robot. Thanks

Disgusting sushi. Just had sushi delivered from this restaurant and the entire order tasted stale. A complete disappointment and waste of money. Don't waste your time or money or worse, risk illness eating here.

Walked in at 9pm on a Monday, there was no one at the front desk, so I waited a few minutes for someone to come. The lady came at 9:02Pm and advised me that she can’t seat us, because they close seating at 9. I explained that I was waiting for someone to come and that I know the kitchen closes at 9:15 cause I called earlier (no one told me on the phone that they stop seating at 9). Anyways, still refused to seat us and wasn’t understand at all. I Would’ve appreciated a professional accommodation, giving the fact that there was no one at the door when I walked in.

Pretty decent experience! The sushi was neat and delicious, and they came fairly quickly! It just stinks that you’re only limited certain “specialty sushi”, can only have 1 dessert, only can order up to 3 rounds (so order wisely as a group), and they are strict on the 90 eating time. A lot of rules… One of the waitresses was staring at me when it was only 50 mins in, anticipating when my group was leaving. Besides all of this, SUSHI IS GOOD

Very disappointed with the bad quality of food here. I ordered the Tuna Tataki ($11) for delivery and it looked so disgusting when it arrived that I couldn’t eat it. It did not look like any Tuna Tataki that I’ve ever had before. It was pale pink, very thin, smelled fishy, and was on a bed of wilted lettuce. I will not be eating here again and do not recommend it. There are better sushi restaurants in this area at the same price point
