Salad House New Brunswick

We had take out salads and sides . The salad was fresh and the sides and dressing really flavorful - we enjoyed the meal very much ! Thank you. We will be back !!!

I walk in completely confused on what to get since it’s my first time, then Effron comes and is very excited to help me out. He even turns the screen around to show me how a salad is made and what I can choose. Made me feel very welcome, the restaurant itself is very cozy and the food was outstanding. I got steak 2Xeggs avocado mushrooms romaine olive oil etc. 11/10 experience I’m definitely coming back!!

Salad House in NB never misses. The Backyard BBQ salad is insanely good, and the Buffalo Poppers deserve their own fan club. Everything’s fresh, flavorful, and just hits right every time. Solid five stars.

Was looking really forward to trying this place. Order uber eats and they forgot my dressing, couldn't even eat the salad and had to throw it away. How do you forget the dressing?!?!?!

Efrain from Salad House is amazing! He does such a phenomenal job at running this establishment. He provided catering for our Fitness Festival that we hosted on 9/20/25 at the RWJ Fitness Center and the members could not stop raving about how good the salad bowls were! I look forward to working more with Efrain and his lovely staff from the Salad House! Top notch professionalism and tasty food! Couldn’t ask for anything better!

Worst value in New Brunswick by far. $17 for a bowl that's *I kid you not* 90% mid lettuce. Literally only 4 pieces of tough steak.

Avoid this place.

Go to Guac Time a few streets down for literally the same thing but better and significantly better portions. Or literally anywhere else tbh bc for $17 this is the worst salad I've ever had.
