got there near six, it wasn't packed at all. service treated us so nice. the place has a good feel to it.
I really enjoy their food and customer service, awesome location next to where I live. The staff members are always very friendly. Would recommend to others.
Visited on Sat I believe. Service is consistently great. Feeling here is similar to a place in Columbus I liked.
It has a nice atmosphere.
This location is one of my favorites. I will be back with my friends. The place has a great atmosphere.
fast, efficient, and courteous service. the place has a great feel to it.
I used to really like this place but since management changed it isn't what it used to be. Service sucks. I had to ask if my food was ready...
Management has changed and they do not have any ice cream. Nor do I see any customers or workers. Haunted place
Used to be one of my favorite places but they didn't have ice cream or milkshakes which was the whole reason I went out of my way to get there so I was a bit disappointed tonight. Hopefully they'll be better next time I stop in.
If I could give them negative stars I would. Absolute waste of money and time. Two hours for a tiny little chicken dish. Stay away

Best place to go and die. I rather drink a bottle of oil then eat the fries
Apparently they didn't have either of the ice cream flavors I ordered (who runs out of vanilla?). The person I spoke to wasn't very helpful in suggesting substitutes. When I cancelled my order she told me that she would call EatStreet to let them know I had cancelled. I ended up having to contact EatStreet myself two days later because no one from Sanctuary let them know to cancel the charge. This isn't the first time I've had problems but this is the last.
First employee had difficulty talking in English and did not know the menu; we wanted to know what their 'freak shake' was, and he kept saying it's milk and ice cream... which would be their normal shake. Second employee did not know the ingredients of a malt, I had to inform him that he needed to use the malt powder. "Malt" came out completely liquid with way too much malt powder.I ended up drinking melted ice cream
Haven't been here in a while. Used to be awesome & fairly priced. I see the owner replied to a review stating that costs are 22% cheaper now. Here's their old menu. Costs have risen.
I've been to Sanctuary a few times before they changed ownership. I really enjoyed the quesadillas back then, but I haven't yet had the opportunity to try them again. The ice cream under the new ownership is delicious. There are tons of flavors to choose from and a variety of toppings and options for cones/bowls etc. I went with one of the chocolate varieties, which was rich and creamy. I definitely would recommend the ice cream and if the quesadillas haven't changed at all, I'd highly recommend them as well.
