I am very disappointed with the customer service at this location, first of all they did not let me change my sauce, even though I placed the order over the phone literally 20 seconds before calling back to change heat of the sauce from Medium to Plain. I explained that the food was for religious holiday, and she promised that the food would be ready in 20 minutes, yet, it took them 48 minutes to prepare it, while the order could not have been changed meanwhile. Very upsetting tone of the cashier, who is the same person taking orders over the phone. I urge managers to take a look the way customers are being treated.

The food was subpar. It seemed like everything had been friend earlier so it wasn’t hot. Fries were hard. I guess I was expecting to be mind blown reading all the reviews. I love hot chicken sandwiches so I was excited but the undercooked chicken and its not crispy coating were disappointing. There was also a short hair next to my sandwich. That alone is a reason for why I won’t ever be back. Thankfully, I won’t miss much. This should really be a one star rating but I added a star because they were very busy that evening.

Food is really good. I always get the beef burger but I decided to try the chicken sandwich and I got food poisoning also the milkshake machine is always broken which sucks, if you can’t sell milkshakes because it’s broken then take it off the menu.

I just ordered takeout from here and my dad picked it up for me on his way home. I ordered 4 tenders with sauce which is my usual order, it comes out to about $25.However, they got the order wrong and the cashier filled the bag with four Sandwiches which are $10 EACH. Instead of making him wait for the actual order they then insisted my dad pay over $50 for ONE PERSON'S MEAL, despite them making the error. They said something along 'there was nothing they could do about it'.I've ordered take out from here without any issues but tonight is my last; the food is not that good that you risk your credit card being victim to a staff who can't follow basic instructions, not in this economy; save your money and sanity and go to Chaska’s, Ara's Hot Chicken or Zac's Burger (East Brunswick) for equally tasty chicken without the OceanGate quality service.

Ameen.These hot fries are overseasoned, crazy acidic, and will have you yearning for the nearest lavatory which you'd sell your kidney to use.On a real note, comparing it to fluffies, birdies, and namkeen, this is subpar but food is food you know? Fries are mad crispy where its like breaking off a tree branch. Coleslaw is cut up weird and long and the flavors do not really line up. I find myself eating a pickle with each bite to balance our the dry chicken tender.Not knocking the restaurant because they did really well in customer service and presentation. However, as a product, this restaurant gotta be real and take care of something in their recipe.Great food if you're hungry, not great food if you want to see tomorrow.Appreciate the opportunity to write this review.
