The food was very good and very well prepared. Cocktails were also delightful was a little disappointed in the dessert selection and then the desserts we had in this case bread pudding, and candy cane gelato. Neither one was particularly outstanding and didn't match the rest of the meal.

We sat upstairs at Catherine Lombardis. There was a combo menu with Catherine on one side and Left Stage on the other. It was great to have a choice. Food was excellent. We have been to both restaurants many times over 25 years. Staff was mixed reviews. Reaching over plates and the table. Not cleaning the table before placing food plates down. Placing (unneeded ) silverware on the table while we were eating our appetizer. Just a little frustrating. But overall the food was outstanding.

Don't miss out on this place. Great atmosphere, food was outstanding. The steak came out with an individual salt stone at 500 degrees to use to cook your steak to perfection. All of the staff and the owner were very attentive funny and just all around great. We drove over an hour to try this place and will 100% be back again.

Excellent food. Service friendly but a bit slow. Private party took precedence. A bit pricy but overall a good experience.

Absolutely wonderful what an amazing place. Always the best. The food and the service is always incredible it's definitely one of my favorite places to visit in New Brunswick The owners Mark and Frank make you feel like your the only customers in the restaurant There attention to detail is stop on I would highly recommend stage left to anyone who enjoys a classy experience and fine dining

Overall it was a good, but there were some hicups . They forgot or missed getting one of my party's appetizers also little things like asking if anyone would like butter instead of oil with bread and missing salt and pepper shakers

A wonderful trip to our favorite restaurant. The family returned with 2 friends for their first Stage Left experience. We started at the wine store, selecting gifts, a great way to stretch the legs after the 8 hour drive from Cleveland to New Brunswick. Mark one of the owners walked through the store, stopping to discuss the new gin easily convinced us to have a round of martinis. At dinner, Christian, greated us and got us seated quickly, always a pleasure to have him as the Maitra de, he is a wonderful host. With Josh, behind the bar together they provided a steady flow of cocktails and wine, incredibly smooth service. Francis the other owner stopped to also encouraged us to try the martini, we ordered three trying both styles. Francis stepped in with Josh mixing and delivering our martinis so we could learn more about the new Procera Gin, which exceeded expectstions. The top tier is limited to the juniper from only one tree, selected to be bearing the best fruits of that season, truly remarkable. The men shared the martinis with the ladies and in turn they shared sips of their spiced cranberry cocktails and Manhattan. We then enjoyed the stage left burger, a wonderful selection of cheese, olives, beat salad and the garlic bread. A short pause for a tequila tasting, so smooth we brought two bottles home. With perfect timing Emily our server , supported by Rayan, brought out dinner, to share the with our guests, we enjoyed both menus, from Catherine's we had the veal parmigina, the crab and shrimp fettuccine, the mushroom gnocchi, the wild boar bolognese, the goat cheese with mushroom ravioli, and my favorite the wild boar ravioli with much sharing of plates, we jumped right into the filet trio a tradition to share, with a wagyu streak which we seared tableside on a 500 degree salt block. Dessert, seasonal apple pie, pumpkin bread pudding, lava cake, ice cream and the infamous cheese cake with port and limoncello. The hospitality, and food is unmatched.

We had a fantastic meal last night here! The service was top notch, the food tasted like heaven, and they went out of their way with dessert for my husbands birthday! We stayed with the Waygu appetizer that comes with the hot Himalayan salt block to cook it on.... I have never tasted something so good in my life! We followed that up with more steak, I had the petite filet and my husband had the rib eye. Mine came with a salt block, they bright one out for my husband I highly recommend asking for one if you order any steak. We both got garlic butter, put it on the salt block the put a piece of steak on and it rocked my world. Honestly. We got the baked potato and asparagus as our sides. My husband loved the baked potato, and the asparagus was cooked to perfection, it's charred and again, my goodness!!!!!! I had the crème brûlée for dessert and my husband just ordered coffee and ended up with a table FULL of desserts!!!!! The owner came over during our meal to see how our food was and I was very impressed that he takes the time to walk around and do so, and not just how's your food okay bye, he chats a bit and is very passionate about his business. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we will be back!

Our table of six had a fantastic meal and wonderful service. The staff was informative, timely, thoughtful but never intrusive. We had a lovely evening! The food was excellent. Everything from the Porterhouse steak to the pasta dishes and appetizers were outstanding.

Another amazing pre theater experience at Stage Left. Server was excellent. By the time he was done explaining the specials we wanted all of them. We ended up with the Fall salad, with crisp apples from a local farm and the spring mix tasted freshly cut! We were going to pass on the Caprese salad because how good could tomatoes be in Oct? He encouraged us and said they came from the farm today. The heirloom tomatoes were outstanding and the made to ready mozzarella was to die for. We ended with salmon which was cooked to perfection. A visit from both of the owners to each table is such a classy touch. I have been coming here for decades and highly recommending both of their restaurants Catherine Lombardo's and Stage Left.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the Maitre d' picked up slack for the busy wait staff, but the noise level was so bad that my dining companion & I could barely converse. Yelling at each other unfortunately ruined the dining experience

It was an excellent evening out, the staff helped us celebrate an upcoming retirement. We appreciate all of the special attention and hospitality.
