This Starbucks is good and accurate and busy. I just don't like their mobile order system. They keep the drinks behind the counter which is great to reduce contact and theft the issue is the batista are so Busy they're not as tentative to the people waiting who are a mix of mobile orders and I store. I hate asking them for my drink only because I know how busy they are and see that and don't want to be a bother

Got my order quickly and kindly. It’s a pretty quiet location. In and out within 3 minutes. I’ve ordered from this Starbucks multiple times and have never had any issues with my order or service. There is indoor seating. No parking - so be mindful of that and consider indoor parking.It’s staffed well and overall relatively clean Starbucks for the Rutgers university students and healthcare worker crowd that it seems get.

Go here a few times a week. They prepare the drinks well but it's always a mixed bag with the baristas. Most of them are very pleasant but two of them are randomly rude with the customers.

So heres the thing, they had no announcement at all whatever outside the door or on the wall say u cant pull a scooter in, and the girl who worked here treat me and my scooter in bad attitude. She asked me park the scooter outside the door, since I could def walk order my coffee with a scooter in many other Starbucks stores but this one. I did agree park my scooter inside the store near the door where would not bother anyone, all I got is “outside the door”, what a friendly reply I’m actually touched. I wonder what’s the actual policy that no scooter in, which is my personal property I can’t just let it park randomly outside a downtown street.

The experience was great but not excellent overall. The inside is well kept. The service was prompt. They are adhering to the current guidelines set forth to try to reduce the spread of Covid-19. The only complaint is that the customer service representatives weren't very receptive or friendly. Could have just been a misread of the room but that was the vibe felt nonetheless

Guy at the counter was kinda rude. Awkward inside with no music playing. If you like good coffee, you already know to avoid Starbucks. If you like caffeinated dessert in a cup, you should look for a different Starbucks location.
