love this starbucks! i wish people were more patient with and understanding of the conditions these hard workers are put in - especially as the majority of customers are college students! for the pressure they (the workers) are put under, they deserve more credit for getting drinks/food items out as fast as they can. love them, and hope they finally start getting the recognition they deserve!

I used to go out of my way to come here every Sunday morning because the employees here were EXTRA kind and friendly! I would walk in and be greeted every time. The girl working ALWAYS remembered me and my order! Always chatting with a smile on her face. Now seems like a completely new group of workers..they don't seem happy.
Coffee is just okay, service has gone down. Not worth going out of the way for anymore.

Ordered an espresso adding coconut milk less ice, but came out with full cup of ice. Kindly asked for a refill and explained the reason but got rejected because it's handcrafted. However, there is sign says handcrafted drink included. I didn't ask for the exactly same drink. Just a cup of cold coffee is okay, but still got rejected. Pretty sad service.
Terrible service I paid for a sandwich and my order didn't come out and they wanted to charge me again so they could give it to me

A solid 4 but this visit she missed part of my drink and seemed half asleep and she was alone at least up front. Last time my drink was perfect this time it wasn’t however no worries she gave me the missed item and I offered to add it myself. Very clean store and restroom. Nice staff and lots of references to Rutgers. Nice area to walk around
