From time to time i am at this location for work. Mid shift between 2-8pm give Starbucks a bad name , out of 10 orders i have received 8 of them inconsistent and incorrect. They are always out of something. I have constantly received incorrect orders and dude to time, going to another location or having them remake the coffee or order is not an option and for the money spent, things should be done correctly. I have seen staff rude with other customers (not me) which is strange because most people who come there are employees, you would think that the owner of this location would push the motive to their employees about the workplace relationship here.

Great Service , the breakfast sandwiches are delicious. Even though it is located in a hospital, it still has a nice ambiance.

Do not waste your time going there , i was not let in by one of the front desk security people ( a certain blond in uniform) she said the coffee shop is only for : Employees, Patients, and patient visitors , this happened on 01/03/24 at 17:00

I work at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital and I am very frustrated with this store. It is very upsetting when I am constantly receiving an attitude because i ask for my drinks to be made over. Today i ordered an Ice Toasted Vanilla Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and it was not made correctly. I mentioned to the barista my drink was not made correctly and she said "oh" and did not ask if i wanted another drink or offered to make it over. I then asked another barista to make it for me and she did a wonderful job . Every barista should know how to make drinks correctly. it is so bad to the point i only go if it is someone i feel confident in to make my drinks. please train baristas here to make drink correctly and follow customer service protocol. The first image was made incorrectly and the second is made correctly . This is unacceptable!!!!!!!

I ordered on line and got charged, I went to pick up my order and the said that there was nothing for me but they took my money. The customers that make the line are being ignored over the on line orders

Consistently rude baristas. Luck of the draw if your drink is correct and tastes good. Honestly, sucks this is the only coffee shop option in the hospital. If there was another I'd never go back.
