Three of us stopped in after a Christmas show. Long time since I was there last--think but not sure there were booths in the dining area, removed for tables which made the area more open. The food was pretty good, especially the crispy crusted fish and chips (and they have malt vinegar), but not a soup thickened with too much flour. Service was good. There were a few guys at the bar a bit noisy for college football, but it is a bar! It's kinda like it's either your vibe or it's not. Good place, liked it.

It's an excellent place to hang out with friends and office colleagues after work or over the weekend. Has the old world touch and is right next to the theater district in Brunswick. Excellent location. Good parking available. The food was good. The live music was interesting and engaging. Highly recommended.

Nice place to have fun cocktails with some side platter. Very spacious venue and the service is good. I would recommend anyone wanting to have a fun evening drinks with friends.

Went there before a show at the State Theatre. Food was quick and delicious. Server & hostess were very friendly. We were seated in the “cellar” which was just getting ready for live music and our table was literally the first one in front of the musicians setting up. Not ideal but still better than a 20 minute wait in the upstairs restaurant. Next time, I’d try to have more time & sit somewhere less crowded. Overall a great place though.

First time there, great time, will definitely return. Very cozy especially downstairs. Jazz was exceptional. We saw Winard Harper Trio with vocalist Joy Brown!!! You should visit.
Parking: Parking garage is just around the corner with plenty of spots
Food was awesome. Service not great. Waited 35 minutes to order, witnessed server pouring herself some beer ! My gf and I are both servers, so we understand how stressful the job can be... But it was relatively slow for a Saturday night.

Been to this place twice. Absolutely loved the food the first time and enjoyed the music both times. This time though I will say I was disappointed in the chicken and waffles. It is included on the “Large Plates” section so when ordered I was disappointed in its size. In the picture are two chicken thighs and only ONE waffle despite the name being chicken and waffles. I will say that a bite was taken out of one of the thighs in this pic but everything else is untouched. This is such a small plate and when it came out I was surprised to say the least. I think to have it on the “large plates” menu is misleading and don’t call it chicken and waffles if you are only giving one waffle. I will say the that the score remains high overall because all of the food was delicious (including the chicken and waffle), service was okay and music was good. I probably would go back again but would stay away from the large plate menu if I’m truly hungry and stick to the other items I’ve ordered before.
