Vegetarian review: Tacoria has three options for vegetarian burritos. TLDR they're all quite bland, tasteless and dry. I would not recommend this place, especially if you are a vegetarian. Surprisingly, even the bottled salsa sauces available are quite mild in flavor and lack any kind of heat including the habanero sauce.Overall, I found the golden avocado nachos and burritos also quite unimpressive. Based on what I heard from others, I was quite looking forward to this establishment.Just to be clear, while there are a lot of vegetarian options here, none of them were repeats for me.However, I highly recommend visiting this establishment, at least for the most beautiful seating area they have in the back. It is totally worth it!

Love this place! The food is so delicious, every single time we order. Always consistently great and the manager is always there, keeping things running smoothly. Some menu highlights include anything with Brussels sprouts: burritos, quesadillas, tacos… they are all amazing. We also love the golden avocado and the chips and guacamole. But it doesn’t matter what you order, everything is delicious. Also, there is TONS of seating in the back so don’t be discouraged by the small-looking exterior, it’s deceiving. The back room feels like it’s outdoor but it is just a huge room with plenty of picnic tables and swings! Located very close to Robert Wood Johnson hospital and Rutgers University campus.

What a fun surprise from the beginning of my visit. Met up with a friend that attend the university and suggest that we grab a quick lunch. That quick lunch ended up with 4 hours of laughter, drinks and tacos. My friend ordered tacos and a large nacho and we barely finished the delicious food. The staff were all friendly and was able to help many customers at the same time. If you have time, come by for some tacos and horchata. Come with friends and family and bring your appetite. Parking is tough and will be tough during school sessions. Plan for parking accordingly.

PROS- the place to eat in the back back, is to die for! The aesthetics are amazing and picture worthy.- the food was very good, wasn’t anything CRAZY but it was true to taste. Not bland- the staff was SUPER FRIENDLYCONS- there is no room for where you pay. You can fit 3 people, the rest have to stand outside. That is not fun if it is freezing out.- the bathrooms were… different (sanitary-ish)- THE PRICE! HOLY COW. Maybe it was because we got tacos and a bowl? It came close to under $30. But I wanted the experience because I heard great things.Overall, go there for a yummy meal, hang out with friends when it’s not too busy (it can get loud), but if you are looking for something quick and cheap - this is not it. You are looking for something nice to spice up your night- this is it.

Good little Taco spot. staff is friendly and eager to help with ordering. I was disappointed the pulled chicken taco lacked the taste also they have no fish tacos. It’s a good spot to rest and snack. Nice seating benches in the backcheck them out!!

Food was delicious. It took a long time for them to prepare the food which was less than ideal. They have a nice little seating area all the way in back of the restaurant. Staff could be friendlier. They should learn how to provide better customer service. At least the food was good. Could be challenging to find parking outside.

Also, Loved the corn taco and quesadilla. They have Mexican drinks too.Must visit if you are around the college avenue campus. Best place to hangout with friends and family. Great vibes.

Very delicious and fresh food.I ordered the burrito with carne asada as my protein and I devoured the entire thing. I also got a side of their Mexican corn which was delicious.Great place if you want something quick. Very cute interior as well! Clean place, highly recommend coming here to eat.

Finally, authentic Mexican food. Ordered online to pick up...very efficient. Food was tasty and fresh. Our group had quesadillas, burritos and Mexican street corn. We were able to customize everything we had ordered online.
I eat here every so often. Unfortunately, each time whether I order in or take out my food is always cold. Food is okay tho. Cute spot

I recently went when the heated garden was open. It was amazing--such a nice little refuge! Lots of tables and you don't need to worry if the weather is crummy. I had been previously before they finished the enclosed garden and while the outdoor seating was nice, it limited me to eating out only in good weather. Now I can eat there whenever as long as the garden was open. Oh, and the al pastor burrito box was delicious too!

Okay, so the portions may be a little on the tiny side, but the food packs a BIG punch. Not an overwhelming menu from which to decide, and it may be a little expensive for the quantity, but it's the right price for the quality. Can't go wrong with the tacos or burrito bowl, or the mexican corn, but you're doing yourself a disservice if you don't get the nutella dessert. Oh. My. God.
