I'm gluten free and I really love having grilled chicken but yesterday I ate the chicken and immediately felt that the chicken wasn't grilled. I get sick pretty quickly and have a pretty intense response to gluten. I've been really sick since yesterday.Yes I let the staff know.

I have gone to two other branches of tribos peri peri and was a huge fan. Tried this one for first time and this is the worst one. Ordered a peri peri fries which was soft and reheated. Food tasted worse. Please dont waste your money here.

We got doordash our first night in Jersey and saw a Peri Peri place, immediately thinking this could be an off shoot of Nando's from the Maryland area. We were sadly mistaken. I got the lemon herb chicken rice bowl. Entire bowl was Spanish basmati rice, a hand full of lettuce "salad" and 2 chicken strips. Each entrée also came with a spicy sauce and cooler white garlic. I couldn't handle the spicy sauce but the garlic sauce was decent, esp on the rice. Chicken was very dry, even for white meat, sauce didn't help much. Husband got the chicken wrap and also commented his was pretty small and dry for what we paid. If you're craving Peri Peri chicken it might scratch the itch but at a price.

We’ve been going to the saddle brook location for years and decided to try this location out for the first time. We ordered 12 wings to go and I’m really disappointed. The wings are normally so saucy and flavorful but these were extremely dry and had no taste. They tasted reheated as well. Don’t think I’ll be coming back to this location.

Absolute RIP OFF!! I ordered chicken and rice bowl and ONLY got two tiny chicken tenders with rice and A LOT of salad mainly (lettuce and humungous tomatoes) and they charge $16!!! It’s not even worth it. Food is not even that great. I’d rather go to a different spot where the portion is at least decent. At least give a decent portion of food! The $16 i would never get back.

Food is very good but not worth the lack of service. Whoever they had working the register and phone had no idea how to take an order accurately over the phone. They claim to work with Elevate and display their business on the app but do not actually honor the credits. I ordered a 12 dollar chicken tender and they said I ordered 3 sandwiches. Love the chicken but it is just not worth the hassle.
